“Served Its Purpose”

I live only 35-40 miles from this hotel so as a general rule I have no need to even consider staying there. However circumstances had me in the area on both a Mon. night and Tues. morning and I knew Mon. would be a long day even before I got to the area for my early evening business. So I bit the bullet to save myself the drive home and back (which would have been during morning rush hour). I didn't pay much attention to the place but it served my limited needs well and I have no complaints about my relatively short stay (barely 10 hours). For those wondering, the nearby area is mostly businesses and some neighborhoods.

“"Not A Happy Customer"”

We spent 2 nights there and we never had our room cleaned. The cleaning lady handed us an extra towel and marked our room clean...It WASN'T. When we told the front dest personel, they told us our room was marked clean. It was not touched nor were the beds ever made. Also, by the main elevator we noticed glass on the floor that looks like it came from a broken glass beer bottle. It was there throughout our 2 day stay. The Blankets on the beds are completely worn out and itchy. The breakfast was not so bad. I would NOT stay there again!!!

“Good Hotel at a decent price.”

Hotel was clean and maintained. Front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. Great location - close to many ammenities and attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

“NIce hotel, convenient location and GREAT staff.”

I came to Canton to see a concert in Pontiac MI. I chose this hotel because of price and breakfast included (which was very good by the way...hot and cold items including hard boiled eggs and waffles!:) Anyways, all the staff were very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. I had called the day before to ask if they had a computer for public use, was told no but asked why I needed it. As it turned out, I was trying to get concert tickets for shows in the UK so the presale was going to happen at 3am USA time (4am MI time as I later found out since they are one hour ahead of me in Chicago). The morning woman was very nice and said she'd leave a note for the night girl but it shouldn't be a problem to use the computer. She also, once realizing I was coming alone, suggested a change from 2 double beds to one King (same price) as she said it'd be more roomy/nicer for me. Very nice room so I agree. When I arrived back from the MI concert at 3:30am, the night girl right away knew about my request and let me use the computer for the 40 minutes it took me to go through the presale. They also let me check my email the next morning as things hadn't been fully settled when I logged off earlier that morning. Definately a pleaseant stay and if I come back in July for a different concert, I will stay again! Thank you all! :)

“Good La Quinta near Detroit”

Very nice La Quinta. Staff was very friendly. Entrance was a little hidden ... it is behind the White Castle on Ford Rd. As with all La Quinta's a nice moderately priced motel with a nice hot and free breakfast.

“Only if you can't afford anything else”

This hotel reminds me of the old motels in the small towns off the highway. Cheap everything. Although it is only a few years old you would think it was 20 years old. The best thing about it is the free internet.

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with the condition of the bathroom, but the rest of the room was decent. Wish their was a confrence room for extra working space. Close to good shopping and restaraunts.

Very friendly staff. Good location makes it easy to get on major access highways.
