The hotel itself is gorgeous! I stayed in a single, and though it was small, it was very comfortable and I enjoyed it. My window opened up to let fresh air in, I had a tv, and there was a well-stocked tea area in my room with biscuits and an electric kettle. My only complaint is that the fire alarm seemed to be on the fritz while I was there, and went off a few times, causing some confusion amongst the guests.
It's close to anything you could need: transportation back to London, walking distance to the shops, and plenty of food options.
It's the best place I stayed in England, by far.
