Neat place, room with a living room, balcony and spacious bathroom. Surrounded by million dollar villas, close to a restaurant (walking distance), grocery store around the corner and a small bay but great waters beach.. Didn’t try the breakfast, but wasn’t much when I looked at (light french breakfast). Coffee was not strong espresso, machine made. Nice crowd, mostly old couples, classy…

Un charme fou!
Un hotel de charme au coeur du Cap d'Antibes. ma chambre était spacieuse, propre, meublé dans un goût provençal chic, avec un superbe balcon surplombant la terrasse et la piscine. La salle de bain est moderne et lumineuse; le petit-déjeuner en libre service copieux et délicieux peut se savourer dans le salon intérieur ou sur la terrasse. J'ai tout aimé dans cet hotel, sauf avoir à le quitter!

Beautiful room, beautiful surroundings. Staff very attractive. When taken to my room, I think I should have been shown the air conditioning system and how to use it. At midnight, a guest was shouting into his phone from his balcony for at least fifteen minutes. Hotel did not take action when he was breaking the rules.

Our rooms were nice and comfy. We loved the pool, the water was perfect and we stayed in it for hours. The staff was very helpful. We got 2 golf cart to take us to MAMO restaurant. We would never have found it otherwise .

Was a few minutes from several beaches the staff was very helpful they had a nice pool and and a private patio in our room. Could use a little updating though.

Good value.
Have stayed here before. Lovely hotel in good location. Most staff friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast, just worth 15 euros. Plenty of parking in hotel grounds but at 15 euros a night a complete rip off. Parked on streets.

Hotel Beau Site is the absolutely perfect location for navigating the city's beaches and hiking trails, especially if you want to get around without having to rely on a car.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Beau Site!
We had wonderful stay at Hotel Beau Site. We took a bus from Antibes which left us right at the doorstep of Hotel Beau Site. We were warmly greeted by the front desk and our room had a beautiful view. Cap d’ Antibe is beautiful and we did a gorgeous hike which the hotel recommended. We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel in Cap d’Antibe. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

It is a quiet hotel located away from the commercial area of Cap d'antibes/Antibes. Pros: The rooms are clean and fairly large Quiet area Breakfast is adequate although only to 10am Cons: Wifi is non-existent. I measured the speed and it is unuseable The rooms do not have blackout drapes they charge $15 per day additional for parking I gave the hotel two stars because in 2018 WIFI is essential for working people or for personal use. They should not represent that they have .

A wonderful gem in Antibes
Often hotels are over-starred for what you experience. This 3 star hotel should easily be a 4 star or more! Lovely decor, beachy and cool with super comfy room and delightful staff. Easy off street parking and nice walk to the beach, this was one hotel we really hated to leave. It has it all.

Lovely hotel on beautiful peninsula.
Really lovely little hotel. We had the smallest, standard (comfort) room, beautifully decorated and furnished with wonderful sea views. Staff friendly and helpful, continental breakfast varied at €8 pp. Free wifi, ask for password at reception. Residential area, 10 minutes walk from a couple of beaches and Eden Roc Hotel. Spotlessly clean including the pool. Secure, free parking. Can't rate this hotel highly enough.

what a mistake and a bad experience: room 26 located in an adjacent building, first floor no elevator, the AC doesn't provide sufficient comfort in the room, mildew are visible above the shower cabine on the walls with a strong smell, the pillows on the bed are small and similar to the couch cushion and not to the sleeping pillows. I'd never recommend or go back there, period.

Great but need a car.
Great in nearly all respects but isolated if you don't have a car. Local buses are good and nearby but finish by 7.30 pm 20 euro taxi fare or 4 km walk from old Antibes town centre. Only 2 very exclusive restaurants nearby. No bars.

Surprisingly good hotel.
We got a free upgrade and our room was really comfortable with dual aspect windows and was nice and quiet. Pool was good, breakfast was good, location good, ample parking and attentive staff.

Modest but nice hotel in great location
The hotel is situated at the top of the hill 7 minutes walk from La Garoupe beach. The welcome was friendly as was the service throughout. The rooms on the back are quiet and after upgrading from a standard room, which we found too dark (shaded by a tree and no view to speak of) we were given a nice double room with a balcony where we took our own self provided breakfast (we have dietary requirements). The room was spacious, modestly furnished with a comfortable bed, light and double glazed with air conditioning. It could do with a bit of sprucing up but it was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The bathroom was also large. The car parking was more than adequate, the security at night time good. The pool is small but large enough and a nice quiet place to sit compared to the noisy beach. I would recommend this hotel in the price bracket. It more than met our needs in attending a local wedding.

The hotel rooms are small, but most seem to be in Provence. The hotel staff were pleasant, the facilities ok. The hotel itself is about half an hour out of the main tourist section of Antibes, which is a decent but not particularly scenic walk. Just an FYI - there are no beach/pool towels, and they are sold for 18 euro, so take your own!

Hotel Beau Site - Cap D'Antibes
Very warm welcoming from reception staff. The hotel itself has a very nice ambiance although the main road outside is extremely busy with very fast drivers! Location could be a little difficult to find without GPS. A bus stops outside the hotel which makes it convenient to go into the town of Antibes; otherwise it's a long walk.

This was our 4th stay at Beau Site. Great desk service, Stephanie and Frances, comfortable rooms. Parking is a little tight at the corners but everyone fits in. Beautiful decor. Always a good experience

Fabulous hotel
Perfect location, 10 mins walk to beach. Bus stop close by to get into Vieux Antibes. Rooms are perfect - they have recently been completely refurbished with new bathrooms and very spacious. It's a perfect little hotel - couldn't be more pleased.

Lovely hotel
Enjoyed our stay here. COmfortable, clean, helpful and friendly staff. LOcation in green leafy chic part of ANtibes: as a consequence there are only two restaurants nearby to walk to, but you can get a bus into ANtibes centre easily and then a taxi back (last bus back at 7pm ish). There are two grocery stores nearby (5 mins walk ) and a little busy beach perfect for everyone about 10 mins walk away. Go there in the evening with a blanket, picnic etc and swim in the beautiful ocean with few other people! If you leave your luggage during the day (on your last day) I recommend you specifically ask that they put your things behind reception of in a locked room. Ours were left in recpetion next to the front door, in front of an unmanned reception for anyone to walk in an take for about 6 hours! This is my only negative point about an otherwise great stay here.
