My second time being a guest here and its a bit uncomfortable as of late. But service is good to try to remedy any problems with the rooms and all.

Just far enough from the centre of town to be very peaceful and relaxing. The garden area and pool were both great. Delicious breakfast spread with gluten free options for my husband.

First room I was given had a terrible sewage smell, second room was better but much smaller. Onsite restaurant is only open limited days and the location is very remote. Solid hotel but I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We booked a family suite. It was excellent! Clean, safe and close to the old town. Breakfast was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best about this property is the available free parking, the breakfast area around the pool and the breakfast itself. The rooms are small but clean. With the better view comes the noise from the street.

Last minute plan change brought us here. Pleasant helpful staff, very clean, beautiful outdoor area nestled into to city. Felt safe and secure. Pool was a plus! Great price. Rooms were smallish but comfortable. Restaurant closed Friday and Saturday, but recommendations for local eateries from front desk was terrific and they called a made our reservation. I would stay again.

This hotel will do for a day or two. Not very updated. Location is not the best. However, the entire area is rather “tired” and in need of better accommodations.

This property was within walking distance of the lovely historic town center of Grasse. We enjoyed the pool after the walk around the center. The fitness center is poorly equipped and the machines poorly maintained (not calibrated properly). But the room were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. We had the family suite so our terns had their own room which was a big plus. The decor has a retro 70’s feel. The front desk staff were always helpful and we loved the restaurant they recommended across the street.

Lorena, the front staff lady, was super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great location. The room was comfortable, and clean. Extra points for the parking. Highly recommend.

More 3 than 4 stars .....
The hotel is somewhat away from the city centre. The building is not very attractive, and the rooms are outdated. The bathroom especially is more 3 than 4 star. The lobby has no atmosphere, but the pool area is ok. Altogether I would say that this hotel could use some extra attention......

A good hotel with decent cleanliness. Room on the small side but comfortable. Breakfast OK. Not particularly central to Grasse (5 min drive). Friendly staff.

The staff is terrific and the location ideal! The GARE (train station) is 15 minutes walking and there is a his station that takes you to the center and even stops at Molinard! Try the restaurant, really good!

Love this hotel. Very pleasant surprise as we arrived late afternoon, sat poolside and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It’s location is perfect if you’re in Grasse for perfume making and exploring. The staff is excellent and the rooms and amenities are very nice. I would definitely stay here again with our family of four

The hotel itself was very attractive and the facilities good. The attitude of the staff was poor. They need to be more customer-centred. We could not get a hot tub booking until our 3rd day. The restaurant was closed second night. The TV in the room did not work so had to move rooms. I asked to go topless but was told that this was not allowed - very strange for France. I saw a young couple making-out in the pool. Grasse is a great place but I'd avoid this hotel again.

Stay at the Best Western Grasse
The hotel is nice and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling in July during a heat wave and the air conditioner went out. It was very hard to sleep at night and we had three nights of no air conditioner. The staff tried to do their best with the situation but very unbearable to sleep. They did discount the rooms which was the right thing to do. We also had very limited wi-fi during stay which made it difficult to communicate with our family in friends overseas.

The rooms are small conpared to american standards but very clean and modern. The hotel is a 5-10 drive from the center of the city where all the restaurants and bars are, so if you are looking for something close to the center keep that in mind. Overall, I would highly recommand!

The property is a bit far from the main attractions in Grasse. The staff is friendly. The wifi is not very strong.
