We are delighted to read that you enjoyed our hospitality, but sorry to read you were not satisfied with certain of its aspects and we would like to express our regrets for not having met your expectation. Even if it’s never pleasant to receive such feedback it is very important for us as it represents your personal feeling corresponding to your own experience. You have booked online a single room. When you arrived, you asked us if you could change your room type. We were fully booked, but we offered you to change room as soon as it would be possible. When it was possible, you wanted to stay in your room. During your stay, you have reserved directly at the reception, a 2nd single room for a friend of yours who wanted to join you. It is however difficult for us to understand that a host who is not satisfied with its room, ask to reserve a second room in the same establishment. We are a small boutique hotel with only 10 rooms situated in the heart of Cannes at only 100 meters from the Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette. Rooms are rated 3 stars by the french tourism board. You have been given the type of room that you have reserved with all the descriptions in terms of room size and services offered on the website. There is no closed wardrobe in the rooms, but an open wardrobe with hangers. The windows in all our rooms can be open up. There is a staff member in the establishment 24/7, but being a little family business, we are often moving in the hotel. We have personally seen you practically every day for your departure or return from the beach, or before going out for dinner at night. We do everything we can at every moment to make our guests have a pleasant stay. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Best regards,
