We are sorry to hear you didn’t have a pleasurable stay during your visit with us, we understand your anger and disappointment about not being able to check in early but we this was in the middle of summer during are most busy time and we only have a total of two staff members which does include the manager. At this time of year the manager and other staff member are running around trying to prepare the hostel for the days arrivals and even if your beds and or room was ready we don’t let people check in early as we need to sweep and mop the floors in all common areas and hallways to make it presentable for that days check ins to make it sparkly clean for those first impressions. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in regards to your dissatisfaction when arriving early but now that we have expressed we are certain you will understand. See you again in the future, during your visit and stay with at our property.

We are sorry you didn’t find your stay with satisfactory and or enjoyable during your visit, we are a very unique property and have a select clientele and try our very outmost effort to make guest aware of our property and what to expect and apologize if you didn’t find our property description or if you did we’re sorry it wasn’t clear for you at the time. It pretty much says it in our name what to expect, a party as we are called the Canmore hotel PARTY HOSTEL so the name and the property description should be enough we thought for guest to know what they’re reserving. We also do have a later then normal quiet time, during the summer season our quiet time starts at 330am and in the of months October 1st to may 1st we have quiet time during the weekday Mondays to Thursdays at midnight and Fridays to Sundays is 330am this is to allow guest coming back from the bars to wind down a bit after getting back which is highlighted in the property description once again. We do suggest texting if and issue arises during your visit and stay at our property next time for a guaranteed response.

We are sorry to hear about the disturbance but do keep in mind this is to be expected during the summer season and is not against our houses rules as our noise restrictions in the summer months go until 330am and we do understand how this can be a disturbance but we encourage our guest to bring ear plugs with them during their stay and visit our property as things can get noisy.
