Regarding the state of the road, during your stay you don´t have any problems with the road, there was no snow, if the forescast were different we would have attended and warned to you, it was not the occasion , also by message we have told you that it´s necessary snow equipment in andorra , and to be sure that you had it in your rental car,, .. on the web you have the apartment ´s location ... Buenas tardes, la reserva fue realizada para dos personas y en ningún momento se ha indicado que venían en total 7 personas. Al ingreso la sorpresa ha sido nuestra al ver 6 adultos y un niño en vez de 2 personas como nos indicaba la reserva. Se les explicó que no estarían cómodos y se ofreció cancelar la reserva y devolver el dinero. Como comprenderá el precio no es el mismo por dos que por 6 personas ya que los gastos tampoco son los mismo. Lamento que haya ocurrido así . Un saludo
