My room itself was spacious and relaxing. Generally the room was clean although slightly dusty around the lamp areas but definitely something I can live with during my stay haha. My only gripe was that the place itself lacked bathroom amenities (ie no toothbrush provided) which was odd considering most hotels or even inns would provide. Anyway, the area itself is conveniently close to the city centre and various embassies if you travel by car. Not so convenient though for anyone taking public transport as it's quite a walk to reach this hotel or to leave the area. Overall, had a pleasant experience and the front desk staff were nice and helpful.

The hotel is fairly new so it was quite clean and modern. The room was big and airy. Overall very pleasant to stay in and was reasonably priced

The apartments were clean but the cookware was outdated and no items to assist with cooking like oil, salt etc. The check in process was a bit cumbersome and not well explained and/or organised. We had to park on the street because they had run out of parking fobs. They required more staff to be on. I think the apartments need some internal refurbishments as they are starting to be a bit dated. The bed was very nice and luxurious but they had super cheap towels, toilet paper, and kitchen items. The couch was so uncomfortable and the internet was not great.

Easy walking distance to Parliament, 20 minutes tops. Rooms are small but well laid out and efficient. Nice place.

I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great stay. This time the toilet was leaking and constantly refilling, the fridge was old and loud, and the hallway was messy with rubbish on the door for the duration of my two nights stay. Maintenance was very slow to attend to the toilet and didn’t fix it in the end. Disappointing, as this hotel is usually fabulous.

The staff were wonderful, contacting me before check in. I couldn’t work the dishwasher and maintenance came straight away to help. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I definitely plan to visit again.

The closest supermarket is Barton Grocer located 10min walk away from the hotel. Neighboring suburbs of Manuka and Kingston offer a range of dining outlets (including some staff favourites!) if you prefer to explore.Apologies that one of our inhouse restaurants is currently undergoing renovations however, directly across the road at our sister property, Hotel Realm, is European inspired 'Louis', modern Australian in 'Ostani' and located on the ground floor of Burbury Hotel is Cantonese cuisine 'Chairman & Yip'. I do apologise that your calls went unanswered. I have raised this with our IT team to ensure the call escalation functionality is working as intended. I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
