"Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view. Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines. Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor. Good WiFi connection."

"- Nice friendly staff - The shuttle bus to the cable car is very convenient - Very poor cleaning, especially in the bathroom - The breakfast is as you would expect from a 3-star Italian hotel, you will have to pay extra for eggs - 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Canazei"

"The staff is nice and there is free parking near the hotel but - there is a big but - this is an old hotel, few amenities, basic rooms without ac, weak wifi, very basic breakfast, the hotels restaurant is low quality and pricey. This is not a 4 star hotel by any chance. Will not stay there again. "
