Rooms and bathrooms could be made cozier with warmer lighting and better utilization of space. Service was fine. Breakfast was fair.

Hotel is located on top of a hill, some rooms have mountain views. All rooms have balconies, which is an added bonus but there are NO non-smoking rooms. We booked a standard room, got a room with a twin bed and a double bed. Bathroom is huge - separate shower and bathtub. Bathtub is very dirty though. Room has a kettle, fridge and a small TV. The hotel also provides two bottles of drinking water per day (for double room). Breakfast was included in the price but we did not enjoy breakfast at all. There was an omelet station right next to the breakfast tables in the main dining room and the whole breakfast room smells like bacon. It was quite chaotic during breakfast time as there weren't enough clean plates and utensils and the staff at the omelet station couldn't even make proper eggs. Breakfast includes bread, cereal, some breakfast meat, fruit and a few Malay dishes, taste is really not that great. There are about 3-4 breakfast tables on the balcony, get those if you can, at least you have the mountain view and some fresh air. Check in took a long time. We arrived at 3:45pm and was told that the room would not be available until 6pm (check in time is after 3pm), which was a bit inconvenient if you want to get some rest before dinner time. Parking is free. Location of the hotel is nice - 10 mins away from Brinchang, where the night market is. There are also restaurants and fresh produce market as well. The hotel is also close to the Bee Farm and Butterfly Farm.
