Good value accomodation. Very comfortable on the outskirts of Cambridge. Much building works nearby making a bit confusing to find but view from unit very good.
I would not hesitate to go again if in the area.

Pretty noisey in the morning as place backs onto construction site , quite dusty because of the construction
Very welcoming hostess and lovely clean room with everything you need. Right away from the road so absolute quiet. Lovely safe little lawn area in from of the suites for toddlers to run around. Super close to Cambridge town, and we loved the beautiful Lake Te Koo Utu walks. Will definitely return!
The room was nicely themed. We had a garden outlook which was peaceful. Situated only 5 minutes out of Cambridge which allowed easy assess to town, restaurants, cycle trails. Website advertises a pool but this was not available for guest use.
Lovely studio apartment, a little out of town (1.5 km), so very quiet

We fell immediately in love with the countryside, green trees and property. Our Blackberry Cottage was adorable, cozy and comfortable! We enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast prior to our departure. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Cambridge is beautiful😀
The property is set out of town at a quiet location. Each unit is self-contained and you can wander around the garden as you please. Very restful, comfortable bed, neat kitchenette. It had everything we needed.
Lovely place, lovely grounds, so good to get out of the city and into the country! 5/5 only thing I would say is maybe put some coffee in the rooms not just plunger 😉

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Very disappointing. For advertising luxury accommodation and not even find milk in the fridge for a coffee is poor. No face cloth was provided either. The biggest concern was cleanliness. I found hair in the basin and some other alarming items (razor blade cap and sequence from clothing) from a previous guest. The property appeared to not have been cleaned properly (liquid soap found on the shower door, hair and dust). Note that truck traffic can also be heard from inside the property. Not good at all.
It was situated in a quiet setting that was also very close to town (2 min drive to shops)
Everything was just lovely..the unit inside.. the surroundings..the staff
Would stay again 😁👍
Friendly greeting with tips of the area. Also enjoyed the selection of books and a couple of board games to play.

Thanks so much for your lovely comments - we are very proud of our gardens and cottages. Disappointed to hear you weren't happy with the sofa bed though, as a 2 seater couch, it pulls out to the size of a double bed and many couples have enjoyed it, perhaps you hadn't extended it fully? Appreciate you letting us know, enables us to pass on instructions to our guests for future use :-)
Arrived at night and our cottage was all set up for our arrival. We were met by Pokey who escorted us to our cottage and then gave us the tour. He also stayed for dinner. Superbly comfortable, lovely touches such as a china tea pot. Couldn't recommend more highly. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

Hi there, firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for us - much appreciated and we are pleased you had a comfy sleep :-)
With regard to your neighbours, we have had a couple of comments over the 8 years of our business term, generally it's when the couple next door have hearing problems - TV is turned up loud and they practically shout at each other - goodness, I think we may all be there one day LOL! However, it is a serious concern to us of course, so we have had the sounds levels checked by an expert who gave us a 'better than acceptable' rating. As the construction of the suites is timber, we have installed the highest quality, sound deadening insulation available on the market, with a double layer in the ceiling added last year. As the suites are double glazed, I'm sure you'll find that any outside noise cannot be heard if your windows/doors are shut - but thank you again for your comments and the opportunity to respond and we'd love to see you again sometime!
We stayed here because it was close to Mystery Creek and we had a great time . The little cottage is set in pretty gardens, peaceful and the owner and her pets were friendly and thoughtful, even leaving our light on as she knew we would be out late.

It is very obvious that Vicki has spectacular taste and loves beautiful things! We were so lucky to stay there and experience it. Everything in the suite delighted the senses. It was so beautiful!!! There were even Royal Albert cups and saucers along with a Royal Albert milk jug. Everything was the best quality and Vicki has put so much thought into making your stay special. I would have loved to stay much longer just to get the chance to read some of the many books that were in the room. I love glitz and glamour and that's what we had. We were in the Acacia Suite and I'm so glad we were. Thank you Vicki for a truly memorable stay. I'm sorry we had to leave early before we could thank you properly!!

What a quaint little cottage. The room was comfortable with a separate area with the T.V. and kitchenette. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. Great views over surround countryside. I would stay again.
Lovely stay in Cambridge Coach House! Wonderful room, easy check in,good wifi and excellent stay!
