"Fantastic 2 night stay. Hotel 8s clean and well organised, pretty empty in this low season. Only issue was a noisy couple next door, the hotel manager sent up a bottle of Cava as an apology. It wasnt his fault! So greatly appreciated. Thanks, we'll be back."

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...
