Everything about this hotel stay was positive for us… the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful & friendly… 10/10, will definitely stay there again! The restaurant was a bit overpriced for what you were getting, especially the breakfast - $20/person for what would be a free breakfast in other hotels (a buffet & not a great one) but dinner was better. The service was quick & friendly & its very convenient to have a restaurant on the premises.

If you want the best sleep of your life , stay here. The most comfortable bed and pillows. I felt like I was sleeping in cloud. The only thing I didn’t like was all the vending machines were out of water and the jug of water they had at the front desk was empty. I hate drinking tap water . It would have been nice to have a bottle of water In the room to use with the coffee maker and for drinking

The room looked clean but, had a strange smell. Also, please put some soap in the shower since that body soap gel does not work. It does not even lather and has like an oily sensation. For the rest it was ok, not bad or good. Just another night at a hotel.

I would stay here again for sure! The location was great for us, the price was awesome, and the level of cleanliness and customer service was also nice. The breakfast was so worth the price and was a hot buffet style which was a nice change from the standard continentals at other hotels. However, the pool and hot tub could have been better - it’s partly up to guests to ensure they don’t track stuff into the pool but it definitely needed a bit of a water vacuum for the stuff that settles on the ground … but we still went and had fun as we had a little one under 2 with us. The pool was cool temp wise so he didn’t last super long in it, which ended up being a blessing in disguise as it discoloured all of our suits with whatever was in the pool for chemicals! (Suits had all been used in other pools before with no issues). I didn’t want to get fully wet/my hair wet and you can clearly see the water line of where I went to in the water. Intended to talk to front desk but we couldn’t get our room phone to dial down and when I used my cell to call, it just rang and rang (napping kid we didn’t want to wake) and then I totally forgot to mention it when I was down at the front desk about something else. Low water pressure like many hotels but the beds were very comfy and the room was tidy and clean. We had two queens and it had a handy mini bar like area with a sink, microwave, and mini fridge which was really nice to have in the room especially for families.

I've lost counts of how many stays this is now for us but is well over a dozen this time. My husband and I traveled with both my 82-year-old mother and our small dog. We are on different floor since we had a pet room although they did offer to put Mom into a pet room so she'd be on the same floor with us. everyone of the staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast with an attentive waitresses and just an enjoyable time, As always, thank you once again

I was not told in the booking that I would need a credit card to confirm my booking. They would not accept a debit card. This was the worst customer service. I was left waiting for two hours at the reception. This hotel should understand that not all countries have a culture of using credit card for paying. Some countries prefer payment with debit card and they should make allowance for that..

Seems like a rip off to charge $21 for a breakfast that is free at other hotels. The ad says full service restaurant but it was the same fare as you get free at a road side motel. Was not made to order. The shower tiling was pretty dirty. Looks like mold. Did not use.

Very comfortable beds, room was very nice. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in, so we ate at the restaurant, food very good. The building is definately older, but it has been renovated. Lots of parking available , and easy access to hwys 1 and 2 It was a very busy weekend and they were fully booked, so it was unfortunate that only 1 elevator was functioning. Ended up taking the stairs a lot, but it's not a very tall hotel so that was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.
