“Nice!”
Great location and service. Some charges might apply on wireless which does not make any sense!
“Ideal location; great value for the money”
The central location of the hotel coupled with attractive rates makes the hotel ideal for our purposes. We travel to Calgary regularly for live theatre, and typically take in 3 or 4 productions over a 30 hour period. We are able to park at the hotel and walk to all the theatre companies, good restaurants and good shopping. The hotel is clean and comfortable if not a bit dated. Given that very nearly all guests require parking, we believe that the parking fee should be included in the price, and not be an extra. However, even after paying $11.00 for parking (for 24 hours), the hotel remains an excellent bargain. We will definitely return.
“Satisfied”
Very impressed hotel

“Great Hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at the Delta Bow Valley...Service checking in and out was very quick and friendly. Room was clean and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good variety, and our server was very efficient. I would definitely stay there again.
“Impressed”
In/out parking was a bonus Lounge had a nice atmosphere Super easy to find coming from the airport
“very enjoyable hotel and friendly staff”
stayed for 2 nights, all staff were extremely friendly and personable. The hotel is clean, modern, and well located for the central city being only a few blocks away. Would recommend to anyone!
“Friendly staff”
The staff is very friendly. The lounge staff, especially, makes an effort to learn your name and help you out with your trip and things - places to go. They make it a home away from home.
“Nice hotel, but the service was brutal...”
It was a nice room, had a clean lobby & such, and we got an alright deal on it... But, we had to pay for Wifi in our room if we wanted to use the internet. Otherwise we had to go down to the lobby. Not to mention, guests are required to pay for parking. The first vehicle should be free, and then you should have to pay for parking thereafter. Plus local calls cost extra too. KEEP IN MIND, THERE ARE LOTS OF EXTRA COSTS THEY DON'T MENTION UP FRONT!! It took more than one phone call to the front desk to get extra towels, and even then it took a bit of time to get the towels. Also, room service was crap at 3am. They screwed up our order, didn't answer the phone after the first time I got through to place my order, and it took forever to get. When I mentioned at the front desk that it wasn't the best of stays to the girl I was checking out with, she didn't try to do anything to rectify it. Just said "oh, sorry about that." I don't think I'll be back there again anytime soon.
“Decent downtown hotel”
We had a king room, a decent size and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that they don't have free wireless internet.
