Cool in Portugal
We travelled from the South of Spain in the summer to go somewhere cooler that had access to Golf, and plenty of space for our two dogs. Most days were 23C or thereabouts, and the property is on the edge of some great dog walking tracks. Pool was warm and clean, and property comfortable and everything worked well during our stay.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous-a perfect size for our family of 6 plus 2 babies. It was beatifully presented and extremely clean. We received such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for Stepan who even purchased a high chair for my little boy to use prior to our stay. Communication prior to the holiday was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed using the pool and the seating area outside for bbqs. Stepan also provided information about places to eat locally and this was invaluable during our stay. His recommendations were excellent and as a result we ate out cheaply but at high quality restaurants. The local area is stunning and we enjoyed trips to the lagoon, Calhas da Rainha and Óbidos. We would highly recommend the area and the villa. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Outstanding!
Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your exquisite villa. we have traveled throughout Europe and this quinta is a five star! The furnishings were first class and the dryer was truly appreciated. Raymond was extremely helpful and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. We had no idea we were so close to the ocean and this was also a bonus. Thank you again for the opportunity and our vacation to Portugal was truly memorable.

Charming quinta in a quiet location
We spent a week at isobel in August. Our host Raymond was very responsive and met us at the quinta. On arrival Raymond showed us around and had even left us a welcome basket with a few groceries, coffee and beer in the fridge. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfy. When not by the pool (We found the cover was well worth using), we spent our evening under the porch around the large outdoor dining table. The bbq was great and we found the fire deterred the flies, which can be a little persistent if not smoked out. We also enjoyed the little bar in the town, it's about a 5 min walk and serves beers and wine at very low prices. For a more varied night out I would recommend getting a taxi into Foz do Arelho, there are a number of restaurants and nice bars. A taxi is about 20 Euro return. Overall we had a great time at this charming quinta and would recommend it to anybody.

Beautiful place with the soul - highly recommended!
Amazing place away from the crowd, but not too far away from shop or beach. Stepan - the owner sent us lots of useful information. And big thank you for Valerie for warm welcome :) We had great time and one day we would love to come back there.

Lovely home
Very peaceful surrounding area. Home is welcoming and well laid out. Bedrooms are quiet and noise free. Kitchen is well equipped. It took a little work to figure out the oven, but once understood it worked great. Having laundry facilities available was great. The pool, although not heated, is beautiful and with the blanket allowed it to warm up so we were able to enjoy it. The only problem we encountered were flies at the back door where the BBQ and patio table are located. We were unable to use that area and unable to determine why the flies were constantly there and no where else.

Fantastic! Lovely villa and great location.
We had a wonderful family Christmas break at the Quinta. Stepan was an excellent host - very helpful. The Quinta is set in a beautiful location, great for getting away from it all but close to the beach, local amenities, etc. Thanks for a great stay.

Sehr schönes, großzügig geschnittenes Haus, das sich perfekt für 2 Familien mit Kindern eignet. Die Lage ist super, da es nah am Strand liegt und sich im Umkreis tolle Ausflugsziele befinden. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse und wurde gern und viel genutzt.

Superbe maison et piscine
Raymond qui nous accueille est très sympathique petits cadeaux de bienvenue vraiment chouette 1er petit déjeuné à notre attention et un cadeau de Stephane je vous laisse la surprise mais c est vraiment agréable ces attentions 😉 la maison est au top tout y est et les restos au alentour déjà tester par les propriétaires 👍 top et bons 😁 les marchés aussi nous avions demandés les jours et les adresses à Raymond la plage n est pas loin et de belles villes au alentours La piscine les transats le linge de maison le barbecue tout est parfait 👍 aucune surprise et de tres bons couchages Allez y vous serez ravis comme nous tous nous étions 8 plus le chien 😉 Jolie maison et vraiment merci beaucoup à Raymond et Stéphane 🥰 Carine med et la famille 😁

Séjour en famille
Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique Quinta idéalement située et parfaitement équipée. La Quinta de Santa Isabelle est très agréable, au calme, proche de l'Océan et de la ville de Caldas où se trouve toutes les commodités. Je remercie Stephan de nous faire profiter d'une telle demeure ainsi que de son Gin que mon Mari a adoré 😊. Merci également pour votre livre en cadeau que jai commencé à lire et que j'adore 👍. Nous remercions également Raymond qui est toujours disponible. Il nous accueille avec le sourire et nous met à disposition boissons fraiches, gâteaux... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle Quinta.

Très bon séjour à la Quinta Santa Isabel
Située dans un endroit calme proche de la ville et des plages, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon accueil de Raymond, plein d'attentions pour notre confort. La location est proche des golfs pour les amateurs. A faire dans la région, les visites de Obidos, de Nazaré, de Budda Eden à Bombarral et de Peniché. Un séjour "Princier", vous comprendrez lorsque vous y séjournerez.

Alles ganz wunderbar. Raymond, ein Freund von Stepan, hat uns in Empfang genommen, am späten Abend. Als Aufmerksamkeit gab es einen Kuchen und sogar was zum frühstücken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, wir waren mit 5 Personen da und alles war bestens. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Es war alles sauber und es gab genug Handtücher. Es war alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder.

De quinta bij uitstek!!
Vanaf de aankomst tot vertrek was alles in orde. Wij waren iets vroeger aangekomen maar dit was totaal geen probleem,Raymond en onze Portugeese vriend,wie zijn naam mij ontbreekt, hebben ons goed ontvangen.`de attenties die we tijdens ons verblijf mochten ontvangen waren super sympathiek. De quinta heeft u onmiddellijk een thuisgevoel. De rust die er heerst is uitmuntend. De quinta zelf is heel gezellig ,mooi interieur,alles is aanwezig. Wij raden deze Quinta zeker aan! Propriedade fantástica para uma grande família. Fácil comunicação com o proprietário e com todos que cuidam da propriedade. Como a casa está no meio do campo e há exploração agrícola próxima, há imensas moscas...um.bom produto ajyda a resolver o problema. A casa é excelente, a piscina fantástica. Pouca rede e Wi-Fi fraco...mas tb, estávamos de férias e o objectivo é fugir um pouco a tudo isso! A repetir!

Maison idéale pour visiter la région et passer de bons moments.
La maison est parfaitement située pour visiter Nazaré, Sao martinho do porto, obidos,... Belle maison, spacieuse, bien entretenue avec tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter pleinement des moments de loisirs ou détente. La piscine est au top et enfants comme adultes en ont profités chaque jour. La communication avec Stepan, le propriétaire a été très fluide et Raymond sur place a été très efficace. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à la Quinta de Santa Isabel de Portugal
Un excellent accueil, une disponibilité en cas de soucis, une emplacement au calme entouré d'une forêt d'eucalyptus, et stratégique car au milieu des deux très beaux sites qui sont Praia de São Martinho do Porto et Praia da Foz do Arelho. Un guide ( Restaurants, visites, supermarchés , .... ) est à disposition pour vous aider La maison a tout le confort nécessaire. Nous sommes très satisfaits de nos vacances et nous conseillons sans hésiter cette location. Merci à Raposo, Raymond et Stepan Familles Orengo et Lelouche

Heel fijne woning in een rustige omgeving
Hoewel het weer voor de maand juni niet optimaal was, hebben we met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf. Een auto is wel echt noodzakelijk om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te bezoeken en boodschappen te doen. Het huis zelf is ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. Als er dan toch nog iets beter zou kunnen dan zijn het de matrassen in het stapelbed en de ligzetels aan het zwembad. Kraakhelder zwembad, maar door de watertemperatuur van 18°C niet veel gebruikt. De vliegen kunnen soms vervelend zijn, maar daar is weinig aan te doen. Misschien enkele vliegenramen plaatsen om te verluchten. We kunnen deze woning zeker aanbevelen.

Esta casa é para quem gosta de ter boas férias. Excelente para umas férias em família, super relaxante, bem equipada, extremamente funcional, muito bem cuidada, próxima de praias e serviços, gerida por uma super equipa (Obrigado Sr. Raymond e Sr. Raposo) e com um extraordinário proprietário. Nunca encontrei um proprietário como o Stepan!!! Impressionante!! Aconselho vivamente o aluguer desta casa!! ----------------------- Cette maison est pour ceux qui aiment passer de bonnes vacances. Excellent pour des vacances en famille, super relaxant, bien équipé, extrêmement fonctionnel, très soigné, proche des plages et des services, géré par une super équipe (Merci Mr Raymond et Mr Raposo) et avec un propriétaire extraordinaire. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un propriétaire comme Stepan !!! Impressionnant!! Je vous conseille fortement de louer cette maison !! ------------------------------ This house is for those who like to have a good vacation. Excellent for a family holiday, super relaxing, well equipped, extremely functional, very well cared for, close to beaches and services, managed by a super team (Thank you Mr Raymond and Mr Raposo) and with an extraordinary owner. I have never met an owner like Stepan!!! Impressive!! I strongly advise you to rent this house!!

Local ideal para férias em familia
O espaço é fantástico, bem decorado, funcional e muito limpo. As pessoas que nos receberam, Sr. Raymond e o Sr. Raposo são super disponiveis e atenciosos. O dono da propriedade acompanha todo o processo fazendo-nos sentir em casa. O local é isolado e calmo e muito acolhedor e permite em poucos minutos estar perto de tudo o que é essencial para umas boas férias. Definitivamente recomendamos.

Fijn verblijf in een gezellig en goed ingericht huis
We waren erg opgetogen over het huis en de ligging, niet in het centrum en toch voldoende kortbij alle nodige faciliteiten, alleen een bakker in de buurt was wel handig geweest voro 's morgens. We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald door Raymon en kregen de nodige uitleg. Alles was voorhanden zoals beschreven stond en we hadden meer dan voldoende ruimte om te slapen en te ontbijten. Echt koken hebben we er niet gedaan. Zonde dat er op elk moment van de dag zoveel vliegen zaten op het terras, we konden hierdoor niet buiten eten en omwille van het frissere weer ( juli) en het feit dat we de tafel buiten niet konden verplaatsen naar een gedeelte in de zon, hebben we dat spijtig genoeg ook niet kunnen doen. Ondanks het feit dat het zwembadwater erg koud was, hebben we er toch 2 dagen in gezwommen en dit was wel fijn. De ligstoelen zijn wel geen hoogvliegers omdat je ze niet helemaal horizontaal kan leggen en er ook geen kussens voor beschikbaar zijn. Al bij al hebben we wel een fijne vakantie gehad en het ruime huis waar ook boeken en spelletjes voorhanden waren is zeker een aanbeveling waard.

Très belle propriété spacieuse et confortable, retirée en campagne. On se sent à l'aise, presque chez soi, facile à vivre, pas de problème pour garer les véhicules, belle piscine (il nous a manqué quelques degrés pour en profiter pleinement) tout le confort pour passez d'excellentes vacances.

Absolument parfait
En famille avec 3 enfants : tout a été simplement parfait. Avons reçu les clés et le descriptif détaillé de la maison, des activités, des restaurants, des villes à visiter plusieurs jours avant le départ. Sur place nous avons été accueillis par 2 personnes qui se sont montrées très serviables, attentionnées et de bons conseils tout au long du sejour. Un plateau de bienvenue, un bouquet et un gâteau d anniversaire nous attendaient à notre arrivée👍 Et le propriétaire , un homme adorable, a été attentif au bon déroulé de notre séjour via ses messages. La quinta est une magnifique villa très agréable et bien équipée, sans vis à vis, où il fait bon vivre. Tout est à disposition, il n' y a plus qu à se poser, profiter de la piscine ou partir visiter les alentours. Je recommande fortement cette quinta ,pour toute l âme qu elle dégage, pour la bienveillance de son propriétaire et pour les relations humaines des personnes qui nous ont accueillis.

Haus und Grundstück sowie Lage perfekt, direkte Umgebung und Ausblick ländlich.
Sehr gut geeignet für Gruppen/Familien bis 8 Personen. Viele und gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, große Küche ideal zum Selberkochen (1-2 große Töpfe mitnehmen) schöner Pool und toller überdachter Esstisch mit Außengrill. Ein klitzekleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist der Ausblick auf das etwas unsortierte Nachbargrundstück und das laute Hundegebell. Die Lage zum Meer, zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten (ans Herz gelegt: Buddha Eden) und die Nähe zu Lissabon (ca. 90 km) entschädigen aber dafür.

Maravilhoso
A Quinta de Santa Isabel é um lugar maravilhoso e aprazível. Tem muito espaço no interior, é cómodo, completo e com uma bela decoração dos cómodos. Além disso tem muito espaço no átrio onde se podem parquear imensos carros. Como estivemos lá no Inverno não tivemos oportunidade de usufruir da piscina, mas de certeza que será maravilhosa no verão. Aqui podemos gozar de tranquilidade e paz e isso é muito importante para pessoas que como nós têm um dia à dia muito agitado. Bem haja por este lugar maravilhoso onde vamos voltar com certeza absoluta!!! José e Corina Rogerio

Superbe quinta
Les vacances furent parfaites malgré un temps mitigé. Le propriétaire nous avait donné un maximum de renseignements sur la région; ce qui nous a permis de visiter de très beaux sites ainsi que de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Nous avons profité ainsi que les enfants et petits enfants de la charmante piscine. L'intérieur de la quinta est superbe et a tout le confort moderne (cuisine super-équipée, télévision satellite, wifi, machine à laver, séchoir...). Chaque chambre était décorée avec un thème d'animal différent (poisson, âne, chat,coq).Les soupers barbecue ainsi que les jeux de société qui suivaient les repas nous ont laissé de très bons souvenirs. Bref, un séjour mémorable que tous, ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier. Encore un grand merci pour la réussite de ces vacances.

Heerlijke vakantie
We hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie in de Quinta. Goede ligging, heerlijk rustig en veel ruimte. Het huis is ruim, netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij vonden vooral het zwembad en de het overdekte terras aan de zijkant zeer aangenaam vertoeven. Hartelijke ontvangst door Valerie, die voor vragen makkelijk te bereiken was.

Klasse Feriendomizil für die ganze Familie
Wir haben bei FeWo-Direkt nach einem Feriendomizil für die fünf-köpfige Familie gesucht - mit viel Platz, mehreren Schlaf- und Badezimmern, Swimmingpool und WLAN. Gefunden haben wir dieses großzügige Ferienhaus für eine Großfamilie oder auch zwei Familien - und alles war genau so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Die Quinta liegt etwa 90 km nördlich von Lissabon nicht weit von der Küste umgeben von viel Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Damit eignet sie sich sowohl als Startpunkt für Trips in die nähere Umgebung, als auch als stille Zuflucht, wenn man mal einfach die Seele baumeln lassen möchte. Die Ausstattung läßt kaum Wünsche offen - die Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Gläser, Besteck, alles ist mehrfach da und von guter Qualität. Mit dem zuvorkommenden Service durch Valerie waren wir besonders zufrieden - als wir am späten Samstag Nachmittag ankamen fanden wir ein Care-Paket für einen schönen Abend und das Nötigste für das Frühstück am Sonntag. Einziger kleiner Makel: das Fernsehprogramm bietet nur portugiesische oder englischsprachige Sender. Doch war das bei dem klasse Wetter und den vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten leicht zu verschmerzen.

la maison correspond parfaitement à la description faite et on s'y sent comme chez soi , il y a une belle bibliothèque mise à disposition , ainsi qu''une brochure très détaillée et personalisée de la région avec une serie de renseignements pratiques qui fait gagner un temp précieux, surtout lors de séjours trop courts.... comme le nôtre !

As amazing as ever.
We have stayed at the Quinta Santa Isabel before. The property is amazing with everything you could possibly need and more. The rooms are homely and comfortable with beds you don't want to get out of. The kids can spend hours in the pool while you can sit back and relax with lots of privicy and the lovely smell from the Eucalyptus forest. I like that the Quinta is far enough out with towns in all directions only 10 minutes away, also being that small distance from the town gives you the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful clear nights and the skys that are hidden by the city/town life. The Stars are amazing. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and with out and deliberation would go back. Stepan and Barabra make the booking process easy and worry free and we have been meet both times by a lovely lady called Valerie who is always ready to help. We have always had a lovely hamper of goodies left for as including milk, sugar, tea, coffee and bread which is a lovely touch as if you arrive late there is no need to worry for the morning, you can just start relaxing straight away. You could not pick a better place.
