Muy buenas noches Monica. Muchas gracias por darnos tu opinion. Estamos anuentes a todas las observaciones de nuestros clientes. Nos alegra saber que pudieron pasarla bien en nuestras instalaciones. Actualmente estamos llevando mejoras al hotel, estamos planeando seguir con ellas de manera que todas las habitaciones puedan estar renovadas pronto, pero todo lleva su tiempo. En cuanto la piscina, se ve de tal manera debido a una remodelacion de pintura que se dio y lamentablemente no duró lo que se planeaba. tenemos planeado realizar una remodelacion en el proximo mes. Vamos intentando mejorar día con día!

Muy buenas noches, gracias por tu comentario, es muy valioso para nosotros. Los individuales se lavan y mantienen desinfectados constantemente. Si la camisa de alguna de las compañeras estaba algo "sucia" debemos recordar que ellas están en cocina, manejando condimentos, alimentos, liquidos, café, etc. que si llega a caer en sus prendas es muy probable que se ensucie aun trayendo delantal. Intentamos mejorar día con día, por eso es que valoramos mucho su opinion.

It was our pleasure to have you as a guest in our hotel, on the other hand the hotel processes and procedures are established and applied in the same way with each person who stays at Lizard King Hotel, it is done in this way to avoid charges for consumption of another person staying before your reservation, all in order to protect you as a guest. Thank you for your response and we appreciate your critique. The room you were initially checked into was the Standard room with a fan, which is what you had reserved. What you refer to as an "added cost" was merely the difference in price between the two rooms. At present, we are remodeling a section of our hotel in the rear. Unfortunately, some of the work during the day is noisy. It is unavoidable. We do sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you had to endure during your stay. Being a seaside resort town, the sounds of traffic and revelers are not unusual at times, especially during this vacation period. Again, we are sorry that your stay here did not meet with your expected standards. However rest assured that your input is valued and action will be taken.
