Great communication from the host. Nice house, well stocked.maybe I misunderstood the location on the posting, but I thought it was closer to the beach. It’s almost a full mile to walk there. Over all great stay

La propiedad esta muy comoda, buen estacionamiento. Necesita mas limpieza especialmente en cocina y mas utensilios de cocina. Cuando se alquilo la propiedad el GPS y el mapa te lleva a una propiedad bien cerca de la playa, pero no es la realidad, deben corregir esto porque no esta cerca de la playa.

Great Location within Combate
Located close to Combate and Playa Sucia Beaches. House is comfortable, clean, and has the basic amenities. This is the second time I stayed at this house.

Weekend at Cabo Rojo
The house was exactly what we needed. It had all the great amenities that you would expect when visiting PR. Not to far or close to all the great beaches and hang out places. Xavier was extremely helpful and available for anything. Definitely on my Top list, next time I'm heading that way. Muchas Gracias.

Great property! Spacious and completely equipped. Good location near the beach, food/drinks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Quiet neighborhood was awesome after a day at the beach or a night out. Will definitely consider it for a future visit.

Great house in Cabo Rojo
The house had a well-equipped kitchen (but no stove) and it was great for our family of 6! Beds were nice and it was really great to have closets and ample room for storage! We found that the nearby sights were gorgeous, but for snorkeling, you really need to have or charter a boat, as it’s not really possible from the shore on this part of the island. Great house, grocery is nearby. Thanks for having us!

Great house in southwest Puerto Rico
The El Combate area is a great escape from all the tourists and mainlanders elsewhere. This house is near the small town. There is easy accessibility to several great sandy beaches (La Playuela, El Combate, and Boqueron) and enough restaurants to keep you happy. The house is very comfortable, is located in a very quiet area, and looks exactly as in the pictures. The 3 bedrooms are good sized with 2 roomy bathrooms. The kitchen is well supplied with what is needed for preparation of small meals. The owner, Xavier, responded quickly to any communication. We recommend this place for your stay in this area.

The property was not hard to find and fits 2 compact cars inside the gate that can be locked securely at night. The host was responsive to most questions and a co-host was nice enough to call the next day to make sure we had everything we needed and even recommended a few restaurants in the area. We loved how close we were to Playa Sucia and Playa Buye. These two beaches were on our bucket list to visit. The property seemed clean for the most part but felt sand on one of the beds underneath the pillow. Other than that my group enjoyed our stay.

Stay in El Combate
The property was clean with fresh paint, new linens, adequate kitchenware and was well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable - we slept well each night. The location was a mile from El Combate but parking by the path to the beach was open and not a problem. (We felt that we would not want to be located in town itself because of the extreme crowding.) We would stay there again.

Great place for a getaway with friends or family!
The home is clean and spacious, with AC in all of the bedrooms and the main area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the grill on the patio was nice for an evening BBQ. Plenty of towels on hand, and laundry in the carport so that we had fresh towels for the beach every day! The beach chairs and cooler were also a bonus. Check-in was easy with a coded lock on the gate and a lockbox for the front door, and Xavier was very responsive and kindly let us have a late check-out when our flight was delayed. We would recommend the host and property, and look forward to staying here again when travels bring us back to Combate.

Great location m, less than half a mile from all restaurants
Was very impressed with location! Held true to all photos. Had all essentials. Fell in love with it’s coziness. Will definitely come back and make this place my first choice. Only hiccup is finding the location but unfortunately Waze has been funky lately, the host led me directly to the location. If I could give this place 10 stars or more I would.

Perfect for us!
We were very happy with our stay in El Combate. The house was great; updated, clean, and roomy. Astrid was very helpful and quick in response to any and all questions we had regarding the area and the house. It was easy to book and easy to check in. The house was in a perfect spot for us to explore close by and to make day trips to other places. We'd definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to PR. Thanks, Astrid!

Great plase need to have a electric generator
Great place , great host , power was out in the middle of the night , with the intensed heat we did not sleep.aftee that , need a power generator taking in consideration power issues in PUERTO Rico

Hi Josè Thanks for your review you were a great guest and you are welcome anytime. Power generators could be a security hazard. We are considering some additional options. The issue with the power is not happening on a weekly basics in our area. Your situation was a rare case. Also VRBO have a policy for power outages. Thanks for the feedback

Great Stay for Family and Friends
The first thing I realized is that it is in an amazing location near everything beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets and at the same time the house is at a dead end street that gave us privacy also. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need for your stay, its the most well equiped house I have stayed in a long time. The host answered all the questions we had and made sure we had a good time. The patio area is a nice place to fire up the grill and relax after a day in beach. This is a great place to stay for families and groups of friends. This will be my go to place whenever I am looking to stay in the Cabo Rojo area.
