Room was small. No shampoo. Safe not working in first room - had to move. Marketed as a hotel but actually a pousada. Only plus was that the grounds were nice. Definitely overpriced at anything more than $50 per night..$125 per night was way too much for this pousada

I am surprised to read your comments because we resolved this matter to your satisfaction while you were at the hotel in a few minutes, we would like to emphasize that yes we do have shampoo and conditioners in all rooms and already placed inside the shower box, you had a problem using the room safe, which was a very simple problem to solve, but so that your stay was more comfortable and without more setbacks we offer you a room change and with a free upgrade, remembering that you originally booked in the standard category, our hotel is part of the renowned Roteiros de Charme where we follow an Environmental code of conduct. We take all evaluations very seriously, so we have the opportunity to understand the needs of our guests in order to offer a better service so that satisfaction is complete. Best regards Laguna Team

nice quite boutique motel
I rent a 431 sq room with pool view and it was may be 250 sq and garden view , there was only 3 or 4 couples in the entire resort and they didn't move us , no food or drink after 11pm the pool area is nice and of course very quiet

Very comfortable and relaxing.
The pousada is beautiful and the grounds are meticulous. There are two large defined pool areas with different vibes. The restaurant had an OK selection of food. Prices were in line with the area (Buzios is expensive). Very helpful staff.

I would stay here again but...
This is a good place to stay but in Hawaii this would be mediocre at best. Comparing it to other Brazilian hotels it does well. Their pictures are deceiving, much smaller of a place.

The public areas of the hotel are very nice and staff was always friendly & helpful. Our room was more basic than expected but the bed was comfortable and our room was kept clean. We were tucked in a corner area so did not have any kind of view. The food was the least impressive part of the stay. Breakfast was included so was convenient however the same items were served every single day so for a 2 week stay it became rather tiresome. You can only eat so much bread, cold cuts and cheese! We ordered from the menu a couple of times and the food was not very good. There were so many great places to eat in Buzios and we made every effort to eat out since the fare at the hotel was subpar. It was a 30 minute walk to downtown and most beaches so if you are looking for a place that is out of the way of busy traffic, it is pleasant overall.

Fantástico. A calma do local conjugada com excelentes condições de alojamento. Nos primeiros dias a pousada tinha mais hóspedes e o pequeno almoço foi servido em um salão, com serviço buffet. Nos dias seguintes foi servido no restaurante, sem serviço buffet, e com alguns erros no serviço, o que o tornou inferior aos dias de fim de semana. Staff da recepção excelente.

Sensacional!
A pousada é incrivel, um Café da manhã maravilhoso com várias opções e farto. Além disso, o local oferece muitas possibilidades de descanso, piscina e conforto. É bem perto da praia da Ferradura, podendo ir a pé e tbm próximo a rua das Pedras, podendo ir de uber facilmente. Atendimento excelente tbm!

Lugar tranquilo e agradável!
Pousada muito boa, sua estrutura física e a decoração são irretocáveis! Fica o pesar pela geladissima água da piscina, pelo porte, cairia bem água mais moderada na quadriculada, piscina aquecida ou uma jacuzzi na área externa. Fica uma critica contrutiva, drinks e pratos, pelo porte e clientes que frequentam, poderiam ser repaginados com um toque de um chef. Elevaria muito o padrão sem contar que evitaria dos hóspedes saíram para o centro. De elogios, a toda equipe de profissionais, o grande ponto da pousada está nos profissionais que ali trabalham. Pessima!! Não vale o preço, paguei 1000 reais na diária e nem água quente tinha. Passei duas noites tomando banho de água fria, o hotel não è tudo aquilo que está na foto.

Afora o chuveiro que demorava tipo uns 7 minutos para esquentar, o quarto era excelente, a área externa (piscina etc) também excelente, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo e voltaria.
