Bad hard as a rock
Pros - fairly clean, good location, tidy with air conditioning. Cons - most uncomfortable bed ever. We literally left our stay early without getting a refund because it was terrible sleeping at this hotel.

Great location-good place to lay your head
Rooms are a bit small but not horribly so. They are clean and comfortable and the staff are nice. Skip the breakfast and go out to eat locally...it was good but overpriced--as hotels usually are (I don't blame them). All in all a good location and value.

Clean and warm
Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the room and the LOCATION was great! Checking in at the front desk was easy and the staff were kind and helpful. I took full advantage of the bathtub and my bed was comfortable. However, the room was soo hot. Yes it’s a little cold outside, but I really wished the room hadn’t been scorching. There was no control over the temperature in the room either.

Great Location, Clean Room, Value for Your Money
Great location (close to the beach, tons of restaurants, public transportation), very clean room with modern furniture, and a very reasonable rate. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when I return to Haeundae, Busan. A great value for your money!

Well attended staffs and clean room. Close to the beach, subway station, main eateries nearby, and fun old market. All in walking distance. Room looks very modern looking and nicely and efficiently designed. Definitely come back here again.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close the beach, metro, tons of restaurants and bars. The service is great and the rooms are very clean. The bed is comfortable. The only issue is that the free wifi is a bit spotty. Oh and there’s a massage chair in the lobby!

The room was extremely small.
I think I’ve paid for quite ok amount for this small 3 star hotel ($277.50 SGD per night) as it was a booking for 3 people. However my friend had to sleep on the floor as it was just a double room and no extra bed was provided. The room was extremely small and especially the toilet was ver small, my knees were touching on the wall when I seat on the toilet bowl. I think the room doesn’t worth’s more than $100 SGD to be honest. Very disappointing experience.

The property was good, room was good, there are a couple of things that aren’t up to standards about the room. The double bed is small, it was not a pillow top mattress like it was advertised, and the AC wasn’t the best. It was so hot at night time. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain so the bathroom/toilet and floor was always wet. The AC line is also dripping water into the bathroom floor as well.

Hidden gem
This hotel was hidden away at the end of an alley full of other colourful hotels and possible love motels. However, this hotel was actually quite nice and they were quite attentive with the service. 3 min walk from the famous Haeundae beach and also 3 min walk from the walking street where there are plenty of food options.

Advertised as having a laundry room. It didn’t. The mini fridge was the smallest I have ever seen. Room A/c’s remote was working so you couldn’t adjust it. Small plug in A/C was in the room to help- it didn’t.

We have a laundry room on B1 level, with detergent for free of charge. however, we may not give a clear information. The fridge in the room is the standard sized for business hotel, however maybe small for residential hotel. With Air-condition has a remote which may control the light, TV and Air condition as well. The instruction is set inside directory book in the room, We are sorry that we may not deliver accurate information what our guest really need. All the workers were very kind. But I think the workers for the breakfast were only two.. How do they think it is ok with the two people at the very busy time...?????? Cleaning ladies, parking staffs and the reception people are all nice~!!!

Family of 4 for one night. Good no frills hotel. Shower curtain woul have been nice to keep water from going all over floor when showering. No early check in but staff was very hospitable and helpful. Very clean hotel that is centrally located but with no views.

Comfortable stay for family
A family of three stayed at this hotel for one night and two days. The room was very clean, and the service was great. The room originally had only two of everything (towels, slippers, etc), but when we asked for an extra, they were brought to the room immediately. The staff was very friendly about it as well. We enjoyed our stay, and we were glad that we made the decision to stay here.

Average hotel in need of serious upkeep
This hotel is just average but close to the beach and the aquarium. Basic facilities available but can't be called a started hotel. The room I was in - 410 was in serious need of maintenance. Things I disliked were, the wallpaper damaged at many places, the bathroom was the worst. The ac water outlet let directly into the bathroom through a pipe jutting out of the wall. The shower water flows out from under the glass seperator to use the coming drain making it really messy. The toilet seat is the basic one and isn't one of those Japanese wash lets. On the good side, the restaurant le loft is quite to have breakfast in the morning. Is well situated in the prime location. The staff is nice and friendly and helpful. Most I dealt with spoke English.

Good hotel
My friend and I had the twin room which was a good size. The distance to the beach is only a few minutes. The only issue we had was the washroom. There were slippers for the washroom which was fine but there was a small pipe on the wall close to the floor that was leaking so the washroom floor was constantly wet. We suspect the water was from the air conditioner that was hanging on the other side of the wall. The water pressure is strong so you have to make sure you adjust it accordingly. The room can with an air conditioner that is attached to the wall and would manually have to be turned on. However, most of the air was shooting towards one of the beds which made it freezing for whoever sleeps there.

Good hotel workers. Good spot easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Cabs are cheap to the rest if town. Only complaint was the walls are thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long night out, bring ear plugs

Overnight in Busan
We liked the hotel, but were disappointed to find the restaurant closed on the evening we were there. There were plenty of other restaurants close by.
