“Will definitely stay there again”

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the lap pool for swim workouts. Gym also looked good. Nice place, and convenient to airport.

Great location. Excellent food options nearby. Public transportation very accessable.

“Busan Lotte Hotel”

The hotel was as expected. We had a nice lunch at the hotel when we got there and did some shopping in their department store. I was disappointed when I had planned on lounging by the pool in the afternoon only to find out it was closed for the season. I booked that hotel becuase they had an outdoor pool. I wish this would have been indicated in the hotel amenities category.

Area recommendations

I recommend staying on Haeundai Beach if you like the water.

“Great hotel for city stay”

This was a very nice hotel, larege modern bathroom, good view (at least ours) and very helpful staff (we needed a transformer for a laptop, got one riight away)/ Street level outside the hotel is unpreposessing but then we realized everything is underground. Easy access to the subway--accessible a tunnel from the lower level of the hotel. Wired internet a bit pricey at $20 a day if you just want to check e-mails ($10 for an hour, I think)

We weren't looking for tourist attractions, just wanted to walk around the city and neighborhoods.

“Enjoyable”

Hotel setting was very nice, especially the gardens, water falls & live music. Very decent and honest, I forgot my ring in the room and two days after check out, I recieved it by mail.

“快適でした”

一人旅の一泊旅行だったのでロケーションを優先し、このホテルにしました。部屋は広くて申し分なく、窓から釜山港が見えてとても満足しました。ビジネスセンターからEMSが送れて便利だしサウナの高麗人参湯は旅の疲れを癒してくれました。帰りは空港までのリムジンバスがホテル玄関口に止まるので迷うこともありませんでした。釜山に行く際はまた泊まるつもりです。

“日本のホテルと同様のサービス”

夜遅くに到着したのだが、空港からのアクセスもわかりやすくたすかった。ホテルの部屋も広くて快適。アメニティーに普通に歯ブラシセットがあったのには驚いた。食事も徒歩圏内にたくさんあって不自由は感じなかった。短い滞在だったが満足できた。

“良いと思います”

空港からのアクセスも便利で、地下鉄にも直結しており、周囲にレストランなども多く、とても良い場所にありました。ホテルのサービスも快適でした。料金は他のホテルと比べると高いですが、納得できるサービスです。また、釜山に行く時には利用したいと思います。

“利便性と快適性に優れています”

到着が早くチェックイン出来る時間ではなかったのですが、フロントの方が空いている部屋を見つけてくれて、アーリーチェックインをしてくれ、非常に感謝しています。ホテル周りにも沢山の飲食店があり、何を食べるのも不自由はしませんでした。部屋は、高層階の部屋で、ベットもダブルが2つ。wi-fiの環境が整っており、インターネットが快適に使えました。また、ホテルと隣接しているロッテ免税店ではセール期間中という事で平均15％更にお得でした。次回のセールは、１２月スタートとの情報も店員さんから頂きました。非常に満足しています。
