A fun Place to stay
We found the hotel on line from our home in Tennessee, and chose this particular hotel for its unique location, it’s large room, it’s view of the ocean. It was a fantastic visit, the owner, Mr. Na was so helpful, a very humble and kind gentleman. We will go back. The view inside and out was awesome. We give his hotel a 5 star rating.

Had the property booked for a 3 night stay but had to leave after the first night. Air conditioning on property was inoperable, leaving the window open allowed mosquitoes into the room.

日本人の基準だと古めの水回りです。 トイレも大がうまく流れず、ポンプを借りて自分で押し込むすることに。 が、それも日本との差異を学ぶ上で楽しい経験でした。こんな部屋からの良い景色や、ホテルのすぐ外に出たらサッカーコートやバスケコートがある便利さ、手すりの低い大きな橋を走るなんて場所はきっと無いでしょう。 ユニークな立地、ユニークな人、ユニークな経験が釜山旅行に欲しければ、ここをお勧めします。綺麗好きな妻の初の海外、カルチャーショックを受けてもらい、日本の良さを知ってもらうにはピッタリでした。忘れられない、楽しい日々でした。 なお、周りの施設、道路も古めですが安全です。 近くにコンビニとバス停があって、不自由はしませんでした。（むしろ松島にもジャガルチにも行きやすく便利）おしゃれなカフェも近くにありましたが使う機会がありませんでした。 あと、他の方々も言っていますが、景色は間違いなく気にいることでしょう。

We had such a wonderful stay @ Busan Beach Hotel Songdo. Mr. Na went out of his way to make our visit to Busan a pleasant one i.e. helping to setup the TV so we could watch our favorite concert, treating us to a healthy breakfast, coordinating with our shuttle driver to take us to some of the must-see attractions in the city, etc. A great man overall! 😊👍

I loved the hotel itself and the staff but the location was terrible. It’s called Busan beach hotel but the beach is a 20 minutes walk and the neighborhood is very unattractive. There are no decent restaurants or shops nearby. Subway is also a 20 minute walk. I feel bad writing this because the owner and staff are so nice but the neighborhood just spoiled the experience for me.

Very Korean Style
Overall the hotel wasn't bad. The view made up for a lot of what we disliked about it and I will say many of our issues boiled down to the differences between Korean style hotels and Western style hotels. Pros: The view! Absolutely breath taking and it looked like every room faced the water and had a patio It was incredibly clean It was cleaned very nicely and promptly after we left for our dail activities Check in was smooth and check out was simple Most cab drivers already knew the hotel by name so it was easy to get to Quiet area Cons: It was definitely down the sketichiest street ever The neighborhood didnt seem to have a lot going on There was no beach, at all. It was on the harbor not a beach The room was dated. The headboard and furniture had a lot of minor scuffs and scratches One of those no shower curtain and no adult sized towel type of hotels Check in and check out was a little too smooth. They didn't check ID or anything just asked for my name and handed me a key

Absolutely enjoyed the stay. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the rooms were clean and carried the beach vibe. For the price and location (near Songdo beach, Jagalchi market, and Gukje market), the experience couldn't have been better. Mr. Na (general manager/owner) took care of our family! He helped us arrange taxi services, gave us tour advice, and helped us make outgoing phone calls in Korean.

Excellent Villa like Hotel.
Staffs and Management Mr. Nam is very friendly and helpful..Location is somewhat good and bad. It's located in a industrial area, But, it is close to one of the famous Songdo beach, cable car and lots of hiking trails. Room is good for family of 4, bed is not what we expected 1DB 1TW. excellent view from our 8th floor room. Since we were just there for 2 days 1 night trip, we didn't spent too much time at the hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. The view from my window was fabulous. I could see the sun rise every morning of good weather. I thought the staff went over and beyond to service the guests, The manager greeted the guess every morning at breakfast. It is a small hotel but very personable.

Very clean, spacios, polite, helpful, excellent seaview. Restaurant is well designed. Location is not near the metro, about 30 minutes walking distance to jacarki station. Transportation problem can easily be solved by using the public bus servive, just 2 minutes walking distance from bus stops.

We stayed for five nights with our twin 5 year olds and infant, and we absolutely loved our experience at the Busan Beach Hotel. The suite was spacious, clean and quiet. The freshly made breakfast each morning was a delicious start to our day, and our host, Mr. Na, was a kind and friendly resource. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a good plan each day and assisted with arranging taxi transportation. Highly recommend!

This place makes Busan even more beautiful!
One of the best home alike experience in a hotel. We stayed there for a weekend. The Busan Baech hotel & staff is one of the main reasons why Busan became one of the memorable trips. Its located on the beach with each balcony facing near a port and 15 min walk from a beach. They have a very beautiful terrace for wine parties. The hotel staff is very friendly.Especially Mr.Na(Manager) is a wonderful human being and the best host. He helped us with almost everything. He speaks very well English and helped us with choosing the right places to visit at the right time of the day. None of the Korean taxi drivers can speak English. He literally walked onto the street every time when we are going out to make sure the driver understands the address. I definitely know where am staying the next time if I come back to Busan!

Nice hotel with great view of the bay.
Claen rooms with a great view. Free breakfast was nice, but simple. No shower, just a tub and a hand tool. Parking is an issue, but staff is good at juggling the cars so you can get out. Very close to loal street fish market. Overall i was pleased with my stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights and these are my thoughts: Pros: beach view (not really beach, beach) it’s more like a docking area. It does have a nice city view. Cons: 1. Receptionist barely spoke English. Only the owner spoke English well 2. HOTEL IS OUT OF NOWHERE!!! Nothing to do there. Inconvenient for public transportation. Would need to take a city bus then transfer (1-2times). 3. Room was hot! AC/Heater didn’t work properly. Called front desk. Nothing happened. We ignored it since we were out and about all the time anyways 4. Towels were hand towels NOT bath towels. They were tiny!!!

Incredible view. Beds were a little hard, had to ask for extra padding. Overall great hotel and the manager was very accommodating. Would recommmend to anyone looking for a hotel in Busan that is out of the way of the main tourist hotels. This allowed us to have an amazing cultural experience right next to the water. :)

Don't Pass this Hotel Up!
If your visit to Busan is to take in the city's beauty, function and cultural ways, The Busan Beach Hotel is the place to stay! The hotel is tucked back on a side street but stands tall right on top of the harbor. The view out our window-and from our balcony-was breath takiing since you are looking directly onto the openness of the ocean harbor. Our room 's view included the expanse of one of the city's bridges (each provide a variety of "light shows" at night). If you want to witness a major "light show", go to the wine terrace located on the top of the building. It has a 180 look at the structures encompassing the harbor. We bought a bottle of wine from the lobby and sat in awe watching the city lights come to life. As I stated, the hotel is tucked away, but right out the lobby door you will find your own "private" fish market restaurants. A 15 to 20 minute walk will lead you to the renown Jagalchi Fish Market-a must experience! It will lead you to the International Film Fedtival walking area filled will shops and food stands galore. The other direction you will take a 10 to 15 minute walk to Songdo beach-be sure to take the route that begins out the door to the right, passed the restaurants, and go right again on the walkway next to the harbor. The beach has an artistic flair and white sand minutes away (it's also a stop on the City Bus tour redline). Now let's talk about the gentleman who runs the hotel. He is topnotch in providing you with help and information!

Conveniently placed between Songdo Beach & Nampo.
Great views from full size window & balcony. Staff very helpful and concerned. Not a glass & tinsel area - fishing port & market; an area where real people live & work. But only 10 minutes walk to the renovated Songdo Beach & metro system. I would definitely return. If you are a fish/seafood gourmet, this is a place for you. Hiking/walking trails are easily accessible.

Great night and day view. Friendly and helpful.
Great experience for our family. In fact, we were unable to enjoy the hotel as much as we would have like due to a busy day exploring and two small children needing to go to bed early. The staff were very helpful There were a couple of seafood restaurants right next to the hotel, but nothing for a little ways after that.

Fantastic experience inside and out!
I spent one night at the Busan Beach Hotel recently and I can honestly say it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and managed to drop off our bags early with the front desk while we went out and explored. Upon walking through the street leading to the hotel, it looks pretty industrious. Don't be discouraged by the look. The hotel is centrally located in an area with a multitude of activities. You can walk about 15 min north (or take a bus) and you will end up in the market area. The fish market is optimal if you want some fresh seafood or just want to see something interesting and different. If you continue walking a little past it, you run into an expansive shopping district filled with restaurants, cafés, and random shops. If you walk 15 mins south, you'll be in Songdo Beach! It is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy sand and water. Getting back to the hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Additionally, the view was amazing from our room. If you go up to the roof, they have a beautiful terrace! Great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the city lights. Finally, the staff was the highlight of our experience, especially at the full service breakfast! The hotel employees were very accommodating to our every request. They called me a cab when it was time to leave, and they even walked me out to the door to ensure the driver knew where I was going. I will return to this hotel!

Great view at an affordable price
The hotel is a great deal for those who are looking for a quiet week-and in a room with a view. It is important to note that the hotel is not in a very lively area . For example, there are few restaurant options close-by. However, taxis are quite cheep in Korea, so its affordable to get by. Importantly, the hotel is within a 10 minutes walk of the Songdo Beach. Breakfast is pre-portioned. The quality of the breakfast is above your typical hostel meal, but somewhat below the standard breakfast at hotels. The hotel has a nice roof-top terrace. The bed may be a bit hard for some people's taste, but otherwise comfortable. The bathroom in our room had a bath-tub, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel is a good deal for the price, but its absolute advantage is the view.

The manager was very helpful and his staff was exceptional taking care of all our needs and giving us recommendations for the sights in the city. He took us up on the terrace and explained where we were and the site was fantastic. He took the time to call us a taxi and sent us to some great tourist sites.

"Almost" a Perfect Hotel
All things are excellent after entering the hotel such as the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the GM Mr. Na (who allowed us early checked in), hotel condition is clean and tidy, room is comfort with excellent view to the ocean and city, large room size especially the bed, wonderful roofing for relaxing and giving us a wider view to the area. However, the location of the hotel is so remote, it takes at least 20 or 25 minutes walk to the city center. It is especially unpleasant and kinda of dangerous walking at night because the environment is so quiet after dark. If you are trying to take a taxi from the city center back to the hotel, none of them will entertain since it is too close in driving, say less than 2 Km. Also, please avoid the food stall right next to the hotel since it is so bad. Staff could not speaking simple English, no menu and the only food choose for barbecue is eel, which smells so bad. What's more, it charges 50000 won which is so expensive.
