Spacious room but poorly maintained. Very good Breakfast both Turkish and intercontinental food Bell hop very attentive and helpful

the hotel is much less than expectation. bathroom is terrible and food is less than normal.

Never reserve again.
25/26 housekeeping didn't put free water for both rooms, on 25 also toilet didn't put toilet paper.

When i checked in at 2:45 pm,the front desk told me that my room will be ready in 15 min. Then, 45 min later i went back and asked them about my room if its ready ? They said which room ! They forgot about me !!! At 3:50 pm they managed to find me a room .Paying $700 for 2 nights at a 4 star hotel i expected better reception & service !!!!! Best regards,, Mohd Al Hitmi Qatar

It is was very good, the over stay very good except they have loud music in 6 th floor and we can hear the sound s and the insulation between rooms not as it should be, staff friendly , parking staff very helpful and fast services

Good overall but...
Wourvrooms were not the same type We had to switch room to a smaller one before changing to a larger following day Not ver pleasant specially with children Wifi is very slow if works at all Breakfast is acceptable but daily variations is much appreciated specially your choice of cereals

The only problem
The only problem was is my room bed was round if i sleep at the edge my leg and head out of the bed board :) but other wise it was perfect

ممتاز ولكن ينقصه بعض الهدوء ..حفلات اعراس على طول
فندق رائع وطاقم بشوشين ولكن ينقصه الهدوء حيث قاعة الحفلات بفوق الغرف بالدور الخامس..يعني مافي نوم لحين انتهاء العرس..وطبول الحرب تدق فوق راسك

طلبت ٢ كابتشينو صغير وجابو نسكافه وحاسبينها ب ٥٠ ليره !استغلال اكثر من كذاماشفت خاصه من السوري اللي يتكلم عربي كان بتخطيط منه جاي يترجم وبالعكس كذاب ، الفندق بشكل عام كويس وموقعه رائع ، العاملين في المطعم خدومين ورائعين ، موظفين النظافة سيئين يدخلون الغرف بدون استئذان وهذا غير منطق غير الإزعاج اللي يسببونه كل شوي داقين الباب

إقامة بشكل عام جيدة إلا أن هناك أمور أساسية يجب تلافيها مثل رائحة الرييسبشن ومدخل الفندق المنبعثة من المجاري وتغيير المستهلكة والمتقطعة والتي لا تصلح نهائياً للإستخدام

الحاجة الى التغلب على نقاط الضعف
الواي فاي ضعيف جدا رغم محاولات اخبارهم بذلك. مزعج امام الشارع الرئيسي وحاجة فتح النوافذ . خدمة الافطار تحتاج الى اهتمام. طاقم خدمة متعاون وقريب من الخدمات مع الحاجة الى سيارة للتنقل للأماكن السياحية. غرف بمساحات واسعة
