It used to be much better value for money. No ironing board and the hot water pressure keeps fluctuating causing spouts of cold and very hot water running down the shower. We booked a room with city view, but they tried at first to give us a room at the back until I complained. The service is terrible and all the staff is concerned with is to collect tips. They want to carry your bags up to the room inorder to get tips. Not very professional.

Amazing staff
This was my second stay in this Holiday Inn. The hotel has amazing staff. They are quite helpful and attentive . They even sent the plug converter that I forgot in my room after I left.

Perfect place to stay
The stay was amazing , better than we actually expected. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was made modern, comfortable and was regularly cleaned. We can’t wait to go back!

We recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel where the overall quality was highly unsatisfactory, a fact that was not reflected in its Expedia rating. Despite our explicit request for a non-smoking room, we were greeted with a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that caused discomfort and irritation to our throats. Furthermore, the room was noticeably outdated, indicating a pressing need for renovation and modernization. It is concerning that the hotel’s current score on Expedia is around 9 points, which, based on our experience, seems misleading and does not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. It is crucial for potential guests to be aware of these issues before making a reservation.

One thing I'm not happy is the third bed. It's advertised as sofa bed, but in reality it was a flimsy single folding bed. False advertising that needs to be addressed.

Good breakfast however management should do away with the over usage of bagging/wrapping practically every single piece of towel etc in plastic! This is the worst eco friendly place I’ve encountered, and the amount of plastic waste generated each day must be unimaginable ! Management must stop the this practice immediately, covid or not!

Great rooms and staff ! If you have a car then main areas like grand mosque and old market are 5-15 mins away depending on traffic, however, walking distance a lot
