Mediocre breakfast, don’t bother with the gym
Our stay was ok. They gave us a room toward the back that reaped of smoke. Thankfully they gave us a different room that was batter. The breakfast was downright awful. The eggs were previously frozen and the biscuits were hard. Coffee was not good. It took the front desk lady about 20 minutes to find the right key to open the workout room. Then when I got in there, the treadmill only went 1 mph, incline didn’t work. Another machine didn’t even turn on and all the buttons were broken on it. The stair stepper only had one incline. The weights were the only other thing in there. I left after about 5 minutes, pointless. It was snowing outside, so I couldn’t go for a run outside.

Everything was fine except for the big 6x4 inch spot of mold above the shower head in the bathroom. You’d figure someone would take care of that when cleaning the bathroom.

Better than expected!
It exceeded expectations. Clean, good smelling hotel room that was spacious. I definitely got my bang for my buck! Decent hotel food in the morning.

This was decent for the price. We could hear snoring through the walls...so very thin and seemingly no insulation or sound proofing. Every time a door opened and closed nearby, it was very loud. However, very clean, very kind owners / staff. I would absolutely stay again.

The room needed trim work and the drain was full of hair. The wall was bubbled under the paint. The light above the sink would not turn on at times. The floor in the dining area was sticky. The eggs were shaped like pancakes (weird). I thought my room was $81 per night and was charged $95 per night for 2 nights.

Terrible experience!
We reserved a two night stay to get some work done at our daughter’s house, when we returned to the motel the room was extremely warm. We thought maybe the A/C would catch up but it never did and aside from that the shower had a very weak stream . The next day we had a discussion with the manager on duty to see about moving to a new room and we also had a discussion with the management about some sort of compensation. We were told that we had cost the motel a lot of money because we asked for a new room. I was under the impression that I booked a room with a working A/C and shower and clean. I also told her that we lost a lot of sleep because of the conditions. Well after considerable trouble we were given a new room on a different floor with no elevator to help with moving our stuff and there was urine and toilet tissue in the toilet. We were never compensated for the first night. Terrible experience don’t bother staying there.

Was nice, we looked in the binder in the room for a place to eat. The place we picked happened to be closed and did not look like they have been open for some time. Outdated information in the binder.

We loved it because we spend the day at the water park next door so it was super convenient just to walk over. Facility was clean, neat and organized. We enjoy our stay at a super economic cost.

It was good but still a lot of stuff in the hallway. They didn’t have breakfast ready early enough for us because we had to leave at 6:50am. So we weren’t able to get breakfast which they opened at 7am.

The front desk folks were super friendly and helpful. When we got to the room, it was obvious there was a recent remodel done on ours. Lots of holes in the walls, window was open and curtains were ripped, bed was noisy due to the base being made out of tin. All of that considered, it fit our needs for the weekend and was pretty clean.

Facility was very dirty. They did not clean out mini fridge and someone else’s food was in it from previous stay. Hallways were full of furniture and boxes everywhere. Lady at front desk was very nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was rough and dirty.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. When I walked thru the halls there was materials like they were remodeling which is understandable. The room was filthy. Trash already in the trash, tissue paper in the toilet, dirt on the floor before we even passed the door into the room. What really disgusted me was the dirty, sticky mystery crust on the floor between the beds. Then after we decided to leave the location, they wouldn't refund us. They were rude and told us we had to speak to a manager to be refunded. Then we spoke to your company and waited on hold for a long time just to be told it's policy to cancel 24 hours in advance. How would we be able to cancel in advance if we canceled because the hotel wasn't up to par? I will never use this company or hotel again. All u booking agencies are trash when it comes to handling problems. Sure, they tried to offer us another room at the same location but why would we want to when the room we got was barely cleaned? Even worse, they went to check the room and said it was clean. MAKE THE WHOLE STAFF WEAR GLASSES INCLUDING LITTLE HOMIE "CLEANING" THE ROOMS.

Upon verification, our GM and front desk could not find any of the complaints you enlist. Room was clean, all supplies were adequate and out of respect, an option was offered for another room. We have to stick to 24 hour cancellation policy and there is no way for us to accommodate unjustified requests. Our property is upgraded to high standards, new luxury vinyl flooring, guest laundry, vending machines, new furniture and high quality breakfast. Staff was friendly. Bedding was clean. Toilet and floors were clearly not cleaned and someone's floss was on the floor. The bathtub needs to be snaked because I stood in about 6 inches of water while showering. Did not smell good in the hotel or my room at all.
