I have nothing negative to contribute for that Hotel, for me it has been an extremely extraordinary hotel, friendly attentive staff, delicious breakfast, cleanliness is formidable, I recommend that Hotel with my eyes closed, you can enjoy a pool that has water with temperature controlled also has a gym they have a Laundry to wash your clothes and once again the breakfast is delicious 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The room itself was fine, but I was rather surprised to find no community information available. When I asked the desk clerk about a newspaper I was advised to buy one, ( a 2 sheeter rag,) for $1.25. On Sunday our TV internet was not available and was told there probably wouldn't be any, which there wasn't, so available stations were very limited. I would have expected a little more info and WIFI availability considering the room rate.

Every time I come over to the Burlington area, I always stay here. It is convenient for me, as it is less than 10 minutes away from my family and it is close to the freeway. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. And the staff are friendly.

Overall a good stay.
We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Burlington for a week. The breakfast which was included in the price was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower gel dispenser fell off the wall and had to be remounted. House keeping left a dirty rag in the room. Otherwise the stay was great.

Ive stayed at this location many times with my family. But for some reason this stay the woman at the desk wouldnt allow us to take pizza to our room. She stated she was concerned about stains on the bedding??? So we had to eat in the lobby.

Hello Brandy,Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay with us. I am sorry for the misunderstanding regarding having a pizza party in the guest room. I reviewed the conversation with the desk agent, and we had offered the two outside areas or the lobby / breakfast area as an option because the guest rooms do not have dining tables or the space for the number of guests that you had visiting for the children's birthday party. As our staff mentioned, there would be no area other than the bed for them to eat at, and an area with a table would be more suitable. When we checked on them, they seemed to enjoy the outside table eating area. Of course, we always allow people to bring food to their rooms, but the room that you booked was not set up for more than just a couple of people, which we explained when you checked in. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding.

We always stay in this hotel during our trips. Always clean, nice, quiet place,nice staff, delicious breakfast, swimming pool and gym available. Convenient location≤ 5 min drive to grocery store and Costco. Highly recommended!

Room door opened and false advertisement no hot tu
We were greeted by very nice staff and was able to check in early. We were embarrassed because we used the Bathroom couldn’t flush the toilet. The hotel was being renovated and had turned the water off for a bit. The hotel shows a hot tub and I paid more for this hotel because I needed to go in the hot tub due to fibromyalgia and I was told they had removed the hot tub at renovation. However the picture online showed it did. That’s false advertisement. Me and my daughters left for dinner and tulip festival only to arrive at our room with the door completely opened. We made sure it was closed because I have medication and personal items that are expensive. I immediately spoke to the front desk and was told management would call us in the morning which we never did. I asked if they could review the videos and was told only if something went missing. We felt unsafe after that because regardless if we had something missing or not someone was in our room. We believe the workers probably came to check the toilet but they came in when we were there. Totally uncalled for.

The location of the hotel is great! Centrally located to the various local sites. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff was curious. What I didn't like was that there were very limited television options.

Great Property. Loved the King Suite and was an incredible price through Expedia. We asked what the room rate was for the day when we checked in and we saved almost $80. Great Hotel and is right beside Bobs Burger Rest. and Jack-in-the-box.
