Shady people in the parking lot. Illegal immigrants fixing their cars at night. The owners don't care. Man in the morning front desk is cool. The man at night time is ok, not super friendly, from India, not the friendliest people and the wife is very rude. My room smelled like cheap cologne from Pakistan or India. The woman owner has a bad attitude and foul mouth. The hotel front office smelled like Curry. I guess if you like curry, then you'll love the smell. Stay somewhere else.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The shower curtains need to be cleaned better or replaced and I could tell my bathroom floor wasn’t swept or moped well as I could see hair under the sink and dirt behind the toilet. There needs to be a better lock on the door. Other than the bathroom issue the room was comfortable and clean. Oh and you need 4 pillows, not 3.

Staff were great. Room was a little dated and there were some questionable activities by other guests late at night, although I did not feel that this compromised our safety & of course, that was not the fault of the motel itself. Decent inexpensive place to spend a night while traveling from one place to another

The outside door to the building didn’t lock. Anyone could come in to the building. The property was surrounded by gravel and a 6 foot chain link fence. Nothing green. It looked like a prison when we first pulled up to the building with the rooms. The office was separated from the room building by a laundry building so the room building felt fairly isolated, so we did feel unsafe. The room was sparse. Bare walls, and a dusty, dirty floor. This place gives Motel 6 a bad reputation.

Not the best part of town. The exterior doors of the building - there was no possible way of locking any of them - anyone off of the street could have easily walked into the building in the middle of the night.

Great room for the internet orice that I paid which was $45 plus tax. Room has microwave and fridge so for that price it's a great value. I'd recommend. This is my go to motel in the area when I need a room.

THE SIDE DOOR TO ENTER THE PROPERTY DID NOT CLOSE, SO ANYONE COULD GET INTO THE BUILDING. I'M SURE THAT A SKUNK MADE A VISIT ON THE NITE WE STAYED. BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE.

Worse Hotel stay ever.
My kids and I were there for a school event. The room that we were in had no smoke detector, the wires were lose in the ceiling for one. The doors and the floor were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and looked to be left from other people staying in the room. the linins were also stained. the refrigerator did not work. The TV also did not work. Over all this was the worse place I have stayed. I would have stayed at a different hotel but do to the event no other location was available or was priced to high. When leaving the hotel the elevator stopped working as well.

Surprisingly nice and very budget friendly! Looks like it was recently renovated and you could tell the employees took pride in their work. They were super nice and working hard to maintain and spruce the place up a bit while we were there. Convenient location, easy parking and super clean! Exterior and surrounding area looked a little questionable but what a surprisingly nice place inside. If they did a couple simple upgrades, I would say they would compete against some of the pricier branded chains! Great visit and will definitely consider this property on our next visit to AZ.

Terrible stay
I had a late check-in and was very tired due to an unusually long delay at the airport. Check-in was a little scary for a single woman... I had to walk up to an outside window that was poorly lit. There was another person waiting at the window so I don't know how long the wait for response would be. When I got to my room I fell asleep quickly but was woken within an hour by what sounded like a dog fight in the hallway (no human voices, just multiple dogs). Though that settled within 10 minutes or so and I was able to get back to sleep... it repeated about one hour later and again before 6 am. It was a terrible stay!!! There is no rating low enough.

When my wife and I arrived the refrigerator was unplugged and the refrigerator was full of mold. None of the countertops had been cleaned and were filthy with food crumbs, dried up liquids, and stains. There was a folded wash cloth by the sink that when we opened it had a dried encrusted bloody booger and pubic hair in it as if someone had blown their nose in it and folded it up and housekeeping had left it there. The room had not been cleaned whatsoever. We cleaned the room ourselves and left it much cleaner than the condition we received it in.

Better than Laughlin!
Cleaner than Laughlin hotels by a mile, though there were some small things that detracted from the overall stay. This is a pet-friendly location, so I am happy there was no carpeting, but the walls could definitely use something to soften/dampen sound. Without some type of wall decoration (decorative, washable tapestries would be perfect), the room and hallway ECHO and act as an amplifier for sound. The room we were assigned had a previously rough occupant or two before, as the door bumper had been hit hard enough to punch a hole in the wall and there were a number of cigarette burned holes in the blanket under the top cover. I would recommend the cleaning team swipe under the bed once in a while, as a pet chew fell under the bed and was pulled out after my hand encountered a thick layer of dust and grime. The battery cover on the remote control for the tv was missing, but the remote worked just fine. Neither of our room keys were de-magnetized over our three-night stay. The restroom was clean and tidy. As a place to lay our heads at night, stay within a tighter budget, and keep our dogs with us overnight, I am pleased with the location. This is our second stay here (first with the dogs), and hopefully will not be our last.
