"Really great welcome, even though we didn’t get there until nearly midnight. Comfortable clean rooms, only real let down was the coffee at breakfast, not the greatest and tasted too bitter, otherwise lovely hotel, location and would recommend."

"May stay was great but my next booking didn't go well as I double booked a room at the ibis and hotels.com never done anything to get my £75 back I had to go the ibis and sort it myself. Which ended up me cancelling my reservation for the grand this week 🤔"

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet.
