For a hotel next to the rink they should know how to treat kids. Kids can’t make a noise or move and they make you feel like you’re always doing something wrong. This property prefers their business customers and that’s it! I don’t suggest this hotel for a hockey team that’s for sure!

Loved our stay. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only issue I had was the tv has very limited channels and you cannot hook up to Netflix or any other streaming service. Not even able to rent a movie.

Staff was excellent! Front desk gentlemen were informative, friendly, courteous.
Breakfast staff were phenomenal! Dining room was clean, well stocked, attentive staff, great variety.
Clean, comfortable and good size room. Comfortable bed and linens/bedding. Staff pleasant. Breakfast good. One suggestion - my husband said the pool was colder than our outdoor pool at home (which we do not heat other than solar panels) so that was odd for indoor pool. He said colder than any other hotel he's even been at so they did not stay in long. This was in evening. Everything nice though (very clean) and we would return. Very convenient to beach and Cosby's.

We had a wonderful time in Liverpool it was beatiful. The staff and the food at the hotel were so kind however we go in Friday night after a day of traveling we were hot and tiered so we showered and went right to bed got up in the morning ready for the day. We were going to breakfast and the maid was cleaning the room next to ours so i Specifically asked her if they would be in to clean room as we were staying for the weekend and would need fresh towels to shower that night. We get back to the hotel after our day no clean room no clean towels however ill take the blame for this as i noticed I didnt hang the hanger on the door and just assumed where i talk to the maid that she would know we wanted the room cleaned so I went to the desk to ask if they were coming to clean the room and told them we needed fresh towels the lady at the desk asked what room number we were in and showed me on the camera's where the maid was in the building and said they would be down. This was about three-ish so i retured to my room and waited no maid we had to go for supper and were running out of time so my husband and i had to use the floor towels hanging in the shower to dry off. We leave the hotel we come back at about eight-ish still no clean towels i go back down to the deck and ask the new shift at the front deck for towels still no towels we get up in the morning by this time i hae asked three times and i have no face cloth to was my face when we wake up. Not acceptable :(

Fresh Towels are important to guests and we understand your frustration. i hope in future we can do better for you
The property itself was a convenient stop in a lovely community. My only issue is that when the highway was closed and the power was down and we were unable to get to Liverpool due to no fault of our own, the hotel stuck with their cancellation policy. They refused to refund our first evening, something I find shocking as we couldn’t even get through to them as their phone lines were down. This inflexibility during states of emergency is disappointing.
