The location was decent. I was disappointed to have a room on the ground floor and not the view of the skyline as advertized. The small patio area was luckily surrounded by thick plants because otherwise it was right next to the yard next door to one side and parking spots to the other.

This property is fine for purpose, if you looking for something near to CBD, however window curtains were not cleaned properly and bathroom was the same.

Business Trip
The room was large for the price, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is close to the city, nice pub across the road with bistro. They have a great Thai restaurant onsite however it didn’t open until the Wednesdays, which was a shame as the food was exceptional, I would have had it every night, unfortunately only 1 meal there as I flew out on Thursday. I will stay again!

Not close to the airport $60 cab ride. Just needed one night before picking up car. $30 cab ride back to airport area to pick up car. ?

The Hotel is well paced on a busy street but noise from traffic wasn't an issue. I came for the cricket and the hotel is an easy 15 minute stroll from the Gabba (cricket stadium). Very clean, comfortable with good amenities and self catering facilities if required. I would most certainly stay again next time I'm in Brisbane!

We much liked the recently opened Thai restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool water was green with algae and not fit for swimming.

Pluses Good central area, walking distance to ferry, Localised dinning at Pub across the road----good size room with great view---good off street parking ,great location--Lady Manager at front desk very good---posibly she could Train Peter on customer comunication. Cons----the swimming pool needed cleaning---- Initial ckeck in put in small room--when queried put in room matching booking descrition----coffee saches suboptimal----

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The staff were very helpful. My rooms were very clean. Great kitchen and supplies. Full size fridge and freezer was a huge bonus. Beautiful swimming pool which was sparkling clean. Comfy bed - maybe a little soft for me. Awesome pillows too. I walked to a great IGA for all my supplies. Fantastic cafes and food venues close by. I walked to Brisbane city - slow walk took 1 hour. Walked the Story Bridge for great sunset views. Highly recommend.

Faulty Towers. Advised to lock balcony door when absent or asleep. Balcony door did not close properly, let alone lock. Reception Hours 8am until 4pm weekdays and as required at weekends. Faults discovered after these hours. Shower was a jet. Soap dish missing. Fridge noisy. City view great. bed comfortable. room cleaner pleasant and helpful. None the less, will avoid this one in future.

Lovely place with lovely staff. Very convenient to lots of eateries and shops and very easy to get to the ferries to visit other areas. Will definitely be back to stay here 😊

Very friendly staff and room was ok. Plenty of kitchen utensils and had all you could need in the room. Shower head and carpet in need of some maintenance, and the mattress was sagged from use/age. But for a place to sleep, overall very happy and would recommend, wasn't expecting a hotel by the water, but was enough to satisfy for my trip.

Had a 3 night stay recently. The shower was awesome, the parking was convenient. I was glad to be able to do a laundry load, which was relatively cheap & efficient. I liked the keyless system. However my bed was an old mattress, and i felt the springs coming through, and while the reception guy wa serviceable in his job, and sorted out any enquiries, he wasn't very personable. It just makes that little difference to have front of house staff that can engage with guests on a friendly manner. Overall, I'd be happy to stay there again if i needed a more budget option.
