Expedia said daily housekeeping but when I got to the apartments they said you do not get daily housekeeping but as you stayed for two weeks you would get a change of lining and bedsheets after seven days but nobody entered our room for the whole period we were there luckily we found the cupboard that held the linen otherwise for two weeks we would have had to use the same towels bedlinen etc

Good value apartments and good location but they definitely need a deep clean. We had to wipe up food from the kitchen benches and tables when we arrived. Roller blinds broken. A lot of damaged and dirty plaster walls. But well supplied with washing powder, shampoo, detergent etc. washing machine and clothes dryer was very handy. The pool and breakfast provision was great. We met another lovely traveler and dined together. The Indian restaurant downstairs was fantastic and menu had a great kids option with mild curries. We never could figure out how to exit the garage with our room key though! We’ll be back for the convenience but would be great to see the place having a deep clean and some maintenance completed before then.

There had been a flood due to a broken pipe just before we stayed. However the staff had done such a good job of getting things cleaned up that it was only a very minor inconvenience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the after hours number staff to the front desk, could not fault anyone. Parking can be a bit cramped but still ok. The room was clean and comfortable, we'd stay here again no problem.

The room was quite disappointing. On entry, it reeked of mildew. AC remote was dead, balcony was covered in slime and dirt (not cleaned for months). No toiletries provided, no linen service provided (apparently I booked a heavily discounted room???) There was a single switch for all the lighting and a bedside lamp with illumination of half a candle. Couldn't get much worse. Only luxury provided were tissues.

Of course if you had booked a non-refundable room there is no daily servicing as outlined in our terms and conditions upon booking. If you had informed staff we absolutely would have had your room cleaned again and taken note of what occurred to ensure that this would be rectified for yourself and future guests.

This is a multi story building of at least 7 stories that has only 1 lift which unfortunately has been out of order since 28/3/24. My accommodation was on the 5th floor which meant I had to carry heavy suitcases (from the basement) up 6 flights of stairs to my room. At 76 years I found this extremely exhausting. After complaining I did get some help from staff with a couple of backpacks. Of course when needing to leave for meals it meant doing the descent and climb all over again, at least this time without heavy suitcases. My beef is that reception should have at least contacted us to let us know of the lift situation so if we wanted to could have cancelled the booking. Of course on arriving late afternoon and then being informed of the situation and not knowing the area I had no alternative other than to accept the situation. I must say though that other than the lift problem the accommodation was good.

Close to Westfield Chermside . Nice Indian restaurant in same building - close to maccas n Aldi a short walk opp side of main road. Clean modern room fully self contained. Would have liked a in room advertising to pay extra for the adjoining second bedroom - as husband only did one bed apartment - I might have payed happily a bit more for daughter to sleep in extra bed. Even though an all good apartment would book again. Thankyou.

Stayed here many times in last 6 years, but I have to say, the rooms are now dates and no cared for. Damaged and marked walls, 2 bedroom apartment only 1 bedroom gets air conditioning. Our shower was blocked, flooding the bathroom, shower head wasn’t working properly, reported it, nothing done. Staff are lovely, but it needs some TLC, as our company has stayed for many years, but it’s likely our last stay.

Very limited parking available onsite considering how many units they have, parked in next door though was told by another guest we might get towed. Found a park down the road. The bathroom floor in the corners looked it hadn't been cleaned for a while, no shower soap at all, no shampoo or conditioner available to use. Breakfast was ok, very small area to have it, the apartments were booked out because of the Pink concert one family was eating on the ledge because there were no tables available.

Hi Sandra,Thanks for your review and sharing your thoughts.We provide free undercover parking - 35 spaces plus 8 visitor parks and ample parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. We do not own the vacant block next to the hotel, we have no control over what they do to cars illegally parked on their private land. Our breakfast room is open to all guest - all food and drinks are provided free of charge - we can seat 40 people at a time and it's open between 7am and 9am each day. We started our free community breakfast project over 10 years ago, originally just for hospital patients and their families, now for all guests - most people enjoy it and the spirit with which it is provided.If the shampoo and conditioner/soap dispenser was empty in your shower, I apologise, simply reporting that to Reception during your stay would have remedied that issue for you immediately.Enjoy the rest of your day and we look forward to seeing you next time you need to stay in Brisbane

I had to leave at 06:15 in the morning. Therefore NO breakfast. Nothing was offered in compensation. Reception was closed until 7am no where to leave the key. Had to shove it under the door. A poor show and will not be staying there again.

Hi Jeff - Breakfast is a complimentary service - not something that is charged as part of your stay so therefore we do not offer anything else as "compensation". We have an after hours key drop that is advertised on our FAQ when you check in and popping your key under the door is also acceptable.

Hi Stephen - You actually booked the Mezzanine level, your reservation clearly stated HOTEL WALK UP (STAIR ACCESS), so I'm not sure what you were expecting? All of our other rooms are accessible by lift.

Service Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to deal with and provided extra assistance with topping us up with towels. Breakfast included with our stay was perfect, fresh fruit, and cereal tasted really good. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Stayed in a 3 Bedroom Apartment on the 7th Floor, it was a really good setup, nice and clean, spacious and suited 5 people well. I recommend this Complex for staying at as it was comfortable and the spacious. Only downfall would be the air-conditioning units may need a service! with a Family of 5 Adults, we struggled with the heat and could only use 1 of the rooms to cool down in when we could. The unit we were in had 3 air conditioning units and all weak. Otherwise for 2 nights staying, it was all good.

I booked at this apartment only for 3 nights, we had a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment which was great for our family … it was so great that we wanted to book another three more nights, unfortunately the 2 bedroom deluxe was not available so we had to go to the 3 bedroom which was even better. I loved the set up of the apartment and especially as one of the bedrooms was separate to the other two bedrooms. The aircon in the apartments worked really well, both apartments were spacious, and the balcony of the 3 bedroom apartment was very big, with a large table and chairs which was perfect for us as we used to have breakfast out there before the heat kicked in. The complex also offers free breakfast which is toast and cereal and fresh fruit, which is located on the same level as the pool. There is a pool at this complex, we enjoyed it and its open til maybe 8-9pm. There is a shopping centre close by that you can walk to along with McDonalds being a 1 min walk. Parking is a first in first serve but there is parking next to the apartments which has no time limit.

Property was extremely average. I had men harass me upon return to the unit. The cleaning wasn’t that great. I didn’t feel safe nor clean here so I won’t be staying again unless some sort of compensation is made for the horrible experience such as a refund etc.

Room was filthy on arrival and has obviously not been cleaned with rubbish on the floor and dirty handprints everywhere. Staff were apologetic and completed some cleaning. Venue is aging and has not been maintained. Had previously stayed here years ago and was happy with location. Very overpriced now.

Staff were very friendly & organised, fast service, explained directions & workings of facilities very well. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Although air conditioner was not cold at all, not working correctly. Pool full of leaves. Water & pool area untidy. Tiles lifting & area in need of maintenance. Looking up the outside of building especially from the pool area, noticed water leaking from one level to the next causing bad staining over time. Vacant open allotment next door, very third world. Needs a good tidy up. First thing you see on arrival, although probably not on hotels property?
