We enjoyed our stay the apartment as nice and clean. However the sliding doors to the verandah did not lock which was concerning and the rooftop pool was not working.

Great little apartment especially for families. Great communication on the day from the manager. Little older than I was expecting and one of the sliding doors didn't lock. But overall not a bad little unit for the price.

Well designed full equipped comfortable apartment
Great value for money apartment in a convenient location. Bed was particularly comfortable (if you like soft beds). The apartment was well set & felt spacious. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Mike’s communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

The choice for relaxation
these apartments are so convenient for any type of travel / close to the hospital and train lines if exploring Brisbane yet far away enough to not be in the hustle and bustle of the CBD. They are well kept and the management is wonderful and always helpful. The building is extremely secure which really sets your mind at ease .

Cleaning not up to standard, sofa smelled so bad I couldn’t sit/lay on it. Only one bedside table and no lamp. Staff attempted to let themselves in to the room during my stay.

Enjoyable stay.
Large apartment with huge patio but no view. Very private and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Limited milk with tea and coffee. Large well equiped kitchen. Good free off road secure parking.

Great location but poor staff service
A really nice apartment in a position which was suitable for my needs. Sadly we had a bad experience checking in and no information was available after we where told we would receive the details. After a 3 night stay still didn't get any information and the security for parking was not working. Beds need to be replaced very uncomfortable stay

Our original room was noisy and during the night the airconditioner leaked. However the staff organised another room happily whuch was better overall. Friendly staff and rooms were clean.

Affordable. Good amenities. Free parking, plenty of resturants within walking distance or a short drive. Bus stop just outside the apartment. Bathroom, toilet and cupboards could be cleaner but I don’t mind for the price I paid.

The Eastwood apartments overall is very good, the only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the jacuzzis had been turned off by 9.30pmand there was a road cone with potato chips in it too.

I liked that parking was included in the tariff - that’s why we chose Eastwood Apartments. The other main attraction is that the bus stop is right at the door.

It was comfortable and spacious. It was quiet. It had great views around Brisbane from the roof. My only disappointment was that it says they have a restaurant downstairs but unfortunately the business was shut down. There were some coffee shops and takeaway nearby however they closed very early.

Good location. Room was clean. One bedroom apartment is a big room with a retractable wall for the bedroom. Check in was disappointing. I was called 4 times over three weeks to try and move me to a smaller room. Was told all good for the original booking each time when I declined, but was still moved to a smaller room, at a discount, when I arrived. Very frustrating.
