Did you make prior arrangements of an early check in? Or did you just expect the room to be ready ?It is policy that all motels have a 10am check out and 2pm check in. That is a 4 hour break to have all rooms clean for the next guest. If a guest would like to check in early it is arranged before hand. So there is no disapointments. Hope this helps for next time you would like an early check in anywhere.

Thank you Megan for taking the time to write a review of the motel.You are correct when you say you booked a Superior Studio with a garden view.What you didn't state when you made your booking on line was that you had 2 children. It was only when I asked you on your arrival how many would be staying you mentioned the 2 children.The room that you had booked only had a double bed. I'm sorry that you believe I was rude to you when I had to move you to a room that could you accommodate you all and asked you to pay for your children.Unfortunately neither I or the motel can be held responsible for your having to go through 4 sets of traffic lights and a U turn to access our entryway. You would need to speak with the Dept of Transport and Main Roads to address your concerns.I can only hope in future that you book for the correct amount of guests and that access to those motels do not cause you any inconvenience.
