"A terrible experience as we attempted to check in we assessed the clientele and the safety of the environment and decided to cancel and leave. The security guard and the maintenance worker were in lawn chairs drinking in the front of the hotel. My wife and I didn’t believe that we were safe staying in this location and subsequently checked in to the Sheraton four points in Saginaw. In my 30 years of travel, I have never been put in such a compromising position. I am dumbfounded that this is a Wyndham Ramada hotel their franchise license needs to be revoked."
