"We liked the property and our room after we were able to check in. But we were confused about the building and how to open the door: we were trying to punch the numbers into the keypad next to the door on the wall, not the one on the door handle."

"they didn't send any email or text on self check-in. then refused to open for us. eventually, I got help a person who live in next house. then I could go in the house. It was terrible experience."
