Clean, good value, parking facilities and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Brecon. It's also a 2 minute walk from the cathedral. Highly recommended

Pete was an amazing host, the room was at the back and was in a very quiet location, it was large and clean, could have done with a chair in the room to enable my wife to sit at the mirror and apply her make-up, bonus of car parking and in easy walking distance of the town centre and cathedral, if visiting Brecon again will certainly book a room at the Cribyn Lodge

We were only there for one night but found the room to be comfortable, clean and very spacious. We had an ensuite bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet on the night we stayed. We had the Fan Llia Suite, which is upstairs. If stairs are an issue for you check if there are any ground floor rooms. The breakfast was very good but we are light eaters in the morning so didn't take full advantage. The option of toast might be a good addition. The is an allocated parking space for your vehicle at the rear of the property. For the room /house we were in there is also a kitchen downstairs available for use . We were travelling to a new location each day so had a number of items that were good to refrigerate overnight. We were able to walk to town to get an evening meal.

Excellent location, plenty of parking, easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly host and lovely breakfast. Booked a couples massage and it was fantastic, would definitely recommend

The carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed, the kitchen and dining room was dirty with stains and crumbs on the floor despite no one else actually staying there. The shower drain and bathroom sink drain were blocked. The plumbing made a clunking sound all night long at regular intervals.

The area photograph gives a false impression
Overall the stay was good but we were expecting a rural location with the posted photograph which it isn’t. The host was very friendly and accommodating, good breakfast and comfortable room. Feel it was overpriced for the condition of the property. Stayed in a beautiful converted barn cottage only a few miles away the night before which was £25 cheaper

Great Stay in Brecon
My stay at Cribyn Lodge was great. Pete is very friendly and knowledgeable about Brecon. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable.

The lodge was very nice and the facilities excellent. The only negative for me and the person I was with was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable, they made it difficult to sleep well. Otherwise a very nice place, in a quiet location just a short walk from Brecon center.

Wonderful.
Checked in with zero issue. Pete, the owner, met me at the property and showed me around. Very friendly and welcoming. Over all, the location of the lodge to Brecon is perfect and the property is comfortable, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Interior was very clean and tidy,breakfast was cereals fruit with fresh croissants although very nice and healthy a few poached eggs would not gone a miss. All in all its was a decent and quiet and nice and clean.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Not a critique or complaint about the property at all, just a tip to those going to Brecon over a Monday evening. There seemed to be only 2 places (The Bank and the Hop In) open for a meal - so you are advised to book ahead

We had a nice big room and the service and breakfast were excellent. The location is very close to the centre of Brecon. However, the address is difficult to find (no road sign), the decor is a little basic and our drawers hadn't been cleaned. Pete tries really hard though and will do what he can to give you a comfortable stay.
