Nice stay
Simple check in, I arrived at 11am and my room wasn't ready so left my bag in the storage and was old to return about 1.30pm. I came back after that and it was ready. Room 14, nice and clean bedding and bathroom. It was an ikea style furnished room, the bed had no headboard but surprisingly it never affected my sleep. There is a fridge and a digital safe, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Reception is open 7am to 11.30pm but your key will get you through the door and also into your room. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is easily reached from the airport by bus 61 and tram 4 then a two minute walk, good location with a number of bars 100m away and then you are in the town walls. Good stay, no complaints at all

When we arrived the receptionist told us her colleague had made a mistake and there wasn’t a triple room available but only a single and double. When we said we weren’t happy with this, the receptionist miraculously found a triple available. We headed to the room and showered and the room instantly flooded. We were obviously put in the worst room which they knew had issues - there was also hairs in the bathroom and hairs on the bed sheets. When we complained the next morning a different receptionist who was busy talking to her boyfriend sniggered at us and basically shrugged her shoulders. When we returned that evening they told us we could move rooms but I didn’t find their customer service helpful at all.
