In the center of a Beautiful city
Very good location with free parking. Perfect for a family or a small group, a bedroom and a living room with a large bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and helpful staff.

Room was fine and location was great. But could not get on WIFI, 2 of our appliances blew up using converters that we have used all over Europe and reception was always closed when we nesded them. We left our luggage in office and told them when we would be back during their stated hours. When we returned, it was locked and we could not reach them; had to go to restaurant next door and they called them for us since our phone only messages and does not have phone service. Almost missed our train to Vienna

We have investigated the matter and could not find any problem on our side. Our reception is not open 24/7, as it is stated on our page, if the reception is closed you can call us on the phone and we will come ASAP. Worth the experience in Bratislava
After a while traveling, having this kind of place is recharging... we had a living room and also kitchen facility to relax and also have our breakfast!

Great spot close to old town~ 5-10 min walk. Car park entrance was not easy to get to because the street it's on is restricted , meaning Google maps and waze will not navigate you to that entrance as it's only for trams and people walking. Car park entrance gate is very narrow. Barely wider than a Renault clio. enter at a wrong angle and you will scratch the car . WiFi speed was adequate ~30Mbps on speedtest. Would recommend and stay at this place again.

Driving there is difficult. The hotel did contact us prior to arrival and gave additional directions. However, the street is a pedestrian only street with train and a lot of pedestrian traffic. In order to reach the hotel, you need to look for a blue gate and enter an inner courtyard. I would not recommend driving while there given the busy street.

I did not realize that I needed to call to set up a time to get the keys to the unit as I was arriving over the weekend. I did not rad the clear instructions sent to me. So I was surprised when I got to the location and realized the problem I created. But the Apartment Residence representative was there waiting for me. Wow! Just awesome! Great place and close to old town!

Nice apartment very close to the historical city center. Great security in the evening (not that's it's very necessary but still nice). Great coffee shop next to the apartment. Rooms are spacious, everything you need. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bratislava.

Great place to stay!!
Too short a visit! Should have stayed longer! It was difficult to find but once there, fantastic! Nice quiet location within a very short walk to city center. Great value!

Little gem
Couldn't ask for better location. On the main street with plenty of eating options. Only short walk to old town. Quiet. Safe parking. Not much from outside but comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Recommeded.

Down a dark alley!
The residence was down a dark alley, which is not suitable for 2 young ladies late at night. Windows also has bars on them!

We think that the courtyard is not so dark as you wrote - there are lights every three-four meters on the walls and it is really secure, because the main gate is closed and the yard is accesible for the guests at the night only (it is more secure late at night like street outside behind the gateway for sure :-).Team of Apartment Residence

Parker's Europe Trip
Nice well equipped room, very friendly and helpful lady on reception. The old town is gorgeous, about 10 min walk. More detail about how to get the last 100m to the parking would be helpful as the tram drivers are rude.

Top Notch Apartment
Top notch. Booked in because local hotels booked out. Very pleasantly surprised at excellent apartment, clean, spacious and great location. Strong wifi, mainly local TV channels. Receptionist very helpful and gorgeous looking. Highly recommend.

better than a bad hostel but not by much
the property advertised free wifi which was not provided. the bed covers were very thin and blankets were not provided. the floor in the bathroom was dirty. the walls were very thin and you can hear the people in the next room speaking. the property seems to be recently renovated, but the furniture was cheap and the wardrobe was falling apart. I would not return to this property again.

Quiet and close to everything
Reception is pre-arranged and they were waiting for me as arranged...very efficient and friendly. Within easy walking distance to all the sites and the train station. I'm off-sreet with a gate and very quiet.

Free parking close to old town
The hotel is close to the old town. It is a little difficult to find as it is located in a walking street and behind a gate. The front desk has limited opening hours and the rooms are a little dated.

I have slept 1 night only. Accommodation was good having all endowments except availability of the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was not working, or the instructions to set the TV were erroneous. The source PC was not displayed on TV.

Nice apartment very close to the old city
This apartment is located in a shopping street, very close to the old town. There is a private street that leads into the reception and the parking lot, which gives you additional privacy, security and quietness (total silence during the night). The apartments have a decent size, with modern furnishings and very clean. The staff is polite and professional. The only downsides are that there is no 24 hour reception - so you need to inform them of your check-in time. Also the wifi coverage is pretty poor, although a network cable is provided and works well.

First the positives: Comfortable enough room, decent bed, great heating system. The negatives: First, no acknowledgement from the owner until the day of flight, asking what time we are arriving. I'd had no phone signal since I had flew that morning, meaning that when we arrived there was no-one there and had to wait for 15 minutes in the cold to be checked in. Furthermore, the morning after not only were we woken up extremely early by the noise (INCREDIBLY thin walls) from other guests, and also the housekeeping staff, who knocked twice to give fresh towels despite the first time us asking not for towels. Also, no do not disturb sign in room, so no chance of stopping this from happening. The room wasn't even cleaned, it was purely towels, so it really is pointless. Also, when we tried to have a shower after being woken up so early (~8:00), there was no hot water. So not only do you not have the freedom of an apartment stay, you can't even have a shower. Oh and the WiFi was simply atrocious.

Location +free parking but too noisy
5 min walk from the old town We were looking for something not too expensive with a parking facility for the car. Inside our room whenever the tram passed the noise was really loud. The bed needed some repairs. At every turn was squeeking so it woke us up a few times. Perhaps if they gave us a room farther from the street with a decent bed.... But we do not reccomend it.

Very nice hotel in great location especially for price. Only challenge is driving there as Google maps doesn't show driving directions very easily and you have to drive up a pedestrian/trolley road where they limit traffic - so a bit hard to get there but once you are there parking is good/free and you are right in middle of town. Concierge sent directions on email as well so that helped and she was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Live like kings
This is a luxury apartment - not a hotel. Was simply amazing - middle of city on your doorstep, little luxuries like a coffee maker, fridge, computer and full of complimentary coffee, tea, wash stuff etc... And the apartment looked clean, reasonably new and very attractively designed. Staff were very friendly like many of the people in this city. We felt like we were living like kings!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, convenient location
Beautiful hotel with large, air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, kitchenette and a computer in the room. Bathroom was large and had a big Jacuzzi bathtub. Free parking is available inside a secure courtyard. Hotel is close to the key sights, just a brief 5 to 10 minute walk. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Bon emplacement, séjour agréable.
Très bien. Immeuble, en arrière cour dans une rue commerçante (bien pour le calme), juste à côté de la vieille ville et accès tramway. Accueil en anglais avec en plus un peu de documentation sur la ville. Petite terrasse commune aux chambres agréable.
