O hotel está em uma ótima localização em Brasília, mas os quartos são muito antigos e passaram por poucas renovações. Fechei pelo hotels.com, mas com o intermédio de uma imobiliária. Os lençóis, toalhas e cobertores foram oferecidos pela imobiliária. Os artigos de cama e banho precisam ser atualizados urgentemente. O atendimento da recepção e do serviço de quarto foram excelentes.

Não ficou claro que por ser um apart hotel teríamos tantas dificuldades na recepção. O quarto não tinha cobertor e o recepcionista tinha que ficar ligando para o proprietária. O ar condicionado não desliga e várias lampadas então queimadas

Elas mostram um lugar arrumado, organizado e bonito, mas quando você se depara com a realidade, é uma história completamente diferente. Primeiramente, o banheiro não tem a banheira que você selecionou; em vez disso, tem um chuveiro onde você tem que jogar uma moeda ao ar para decidir se terá água quente ou fria, já que não existe marcação. Além disso, algumas das maçanetas simplesmente não funcionam, tornando a experiência ainda mais emocionante. E na pia, prepare-se para um jogo de sorte e azar, tentando descobrir qual torneira realmente funciona.Mas espere, tem mais! Ao chegar, você observa uma cama extra que não foi especificada no seu pedido. Tentar entrar em contato com o locatário? Boa sorte com isso, porque nem a equipe do hotel sabe resolver esse tipo de problema. Ah, e não se esqueça do fato hilário de que não há cobertor no apartamento.
