Stayed for two nights we had a o stay really close to Silver Dollar City. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Will stay again when we return.

Within walking distance to Silver Dollar City. However, the bus picks up and drops off at the lodge also.

the are is nice and convenient to a theme park It is a lodge and that is what you will get. Clean room and bed. frige, microwave, coffee maker. I didn't care for the vanity area being open into the room. Bathroom is small but clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights because we wanted to be close to silver dollar city. We stayed here for 10 days back in 2020 and it was a pleasant trip so I figured it would be good but I was wrong. I rarely ever complain but we were put on the 1st floor and I should have requested a higher floor but I didn't want to complain. We walked in and it was HEAVILY perfumed. It gave me a headache that I unplugged the plug in and it was still overwhelming when we left today. Beds were fine and the room looked clean but after walking around the floor was gross. We had to wipe our feet off before we could get into bed. The walls and ceiling here must be thin because I had to go upstairs and asked them to stop stomping and they stated they were walking softly. I did ask staff to say something before I went upstairs. They offered to move us to another room on the 1st floor and I didnt see the point because it would be the same with guests above us. The bathroom tile had cracks and there us 1/2 inch lip from the bathroom to the main room which could be fixed so you dont stub your toe in the dark. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the fact that I could here the people above us with my noise machine on blast and the floor was not clean at all. Make sure you bring ear plugs, a broom to sweep the floors, and toiletries because the ones here are lacking.

Clean and very convenient to SDC. Property has been updated but squeaky floor above us kept my wife up. Manager was very good to move us for the next night.

Run down, pool was clean. Close to everything. NOT worth $150 per night. Had reservations from Friday till Sunday. On Saturday, they gave our room code to another guest and they were in our room when we were not there. NOT good!

The staff responded quickly and efficiently to needs or questions that arose. We had the accessible room we needed. And parked right outside our door. Thank you! Staying here makes our visit to Silver Dollar City easy with it being just down the road. No traffic hassle.

Felt extremely unsafe at this motel. My daughter and I arrived around 1130pm. My door code had been texted to me by a staff member which I found rather odd and uncomfortable. Once we got ourselves and our belongings into the room we realized that our door would not latch closed, and all additional locks & latches had been removed from the inside of the door. With no staff on site after midnight, I had no way to get a new room. My only options were to find a new hotel room at midnight on a Saturday, sleep in our car, or barricade the door with furniture and hope to catch some sleep, which we didn’t. I’d much rather have a cleanliness complaint than a safety concern, especially when traveling with my daughter. I have worked in hotel management for years, and remember my first training video being a “guest safety is the most important” lesson, I suggest you watch them. There are plenty of motel safety resources on YouTube. Please do better.

Hi Ashlee, I am sorry for your experience and I have asked my team to investigate the locks for the room you occupied to ensure the latches & bolts work properly.We've found that smart locks with timed key codes are not only more secure than traditional keys/cards but are also more convinient as guests do not have to waste their time "checking in." Next time, I hope you'll be more comfortable and notice that these locks are now nearly ubiquitous throughout the industry.

I was not satisfied with the place itself, it's pretty run down. The manager was never in the office; I finally found her downstairs hiding & smoking. She has posted No Smoking signs everywhere, but the manager herself is caught smoking. The reason I chose this lodge is for the proximity to Silver Dollar City. I've waited many times in my car in the bumper to bumper traffic to get in to Silver Dollar City. I thought not this year; I am going to stay at the White Wing Lodge, where there is a shuttle service that takes you from the door of the lodge to the entrance of Silver Dollar City & picks you up when you're ready to leave. So I took a picture with my cell phone of the shuttle service schedule. The schedule said the next time it would pick guests up would be 11:30. So I got ready & walked up to the shuttle service spot, on the little ramp outside of the manager's office at 11:26. I waited & waited. Finally, at 11:40, I saw the bus drive on the street above the lodge, turn around at the building next to the lodge & drive off. So, I went to talk to the manager of the White Wing Lodge & of course, she's not there, I finally find her visiting with a collague no where near the office & explained to her the problem with her shuttle service. The shuttle service schedule says 11:30 it will pick up lodge guests & drive them to the entrance of Silver Dollar City. She explains to me that the shuttle schedule, she has posted on her office door is the only one they gave her, no apology

The location to Silver Dollar City is great! Our room was okay, check-in process took a long time, heat/ac unit was very loud, not enough exterior lighting, no extra lock on the door or peephole, car outside of our room was loudly being worked on until very late, dogs barking. Having a continental breakfast would be helpful to travelers.

This place was rough even before we noticed the roaches. By the first morning, the roaches found their way into our luggage so we checked out a day early and requested a refund. The front desk advised we place the refund request with Expedia to start the process. Expedia has emailed and called the owner for assistance with the refund to which there has been no response. The owner of White Wing Lodge is not taking ownership for the poor condition the hotel is in and refuses to acknowledge any refund requests. Further, I am surprised @expedia has not escalated this to refund and remove White Wing Lodge as a vendor given no response after 4 follow ups.
