"The check-in went smooth & Ruby was very nice. The light in the bathroom didn’t turn on, so we weren’t able to use the shower.. We did call down & report to the front desk & they did offer us another room. It was late and we were all unpacked. We were told the manager would call us in the morning….we never heard from him. Breakfast is included and it was very limited and the sausage was still frozen & cold. We wanted to support a small business versus a big hotel chain…. Don’t think we’ll be going g back."
