My unit had ants in it and they did not refund my stay after they said they would and management gave me the run around. Never refunded our stay despite having leave unexpectedly due to unsatisfactory conditions. Despite showing proof on video of insects in the room.

We stayed here two non-consecutive nights over the last week, and our check-in experience with Melanie was 5 stars. The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs, but the property is a little worn. The staff upon check out on our first was less than friendly.

Staff was very nice, and cared about my stay. Ice machine was not working on the 4th floor, and out bathroom wasn’t as clean as we are used to at that hotel. Overall pleased with the stay!
