Avoid if you want a good night sleep
Most nights was kept up by other guests banging and crashing about, came to a head on my last night when all I heard was shouting (didnt understand them) and as if someone was moving furniture about crashing against walls and doors. This went on until 3am and had to be up for work at 6am. Definately wont be back

Very pleasant stay room and bathroom clean and a comfortable bed. Connected to a small bar. Close to pubs and restaurants. Parking nearby at £4.00 for 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here twice now. Double room ensuite. Small but adequate. Clean safe and secure. On street parking if you look for it. Paid parking £4 24hrs. This is in the hesrt of town. Would use again

Nice and quirky room ! We had a room in the attic with window on the street. It was very quiet (there are double windows)

Excellent stay at this property. There was everything you could want in the very clean room. Staff were friendly and it was really good value for money. In particular the bed was so comfortable….,,! 😴

I thought I was making reservation at the Twenty Hotel & Bar in Boston MA. I clicked on hotels near Boston Bus Station and this came up. Price seemed right so I paid. Reservation Number given is 360-002-221. So then we used gps for the directions to find "there is no way to get there".Now I see a confirmation email that says the restaursnt is in Lincolnshire UK. Not recommended. Got woken up at 09.45 pm by loud music. Apparently, the staff members had to have their disco. I went downstairs to complain but I was ignored as the loud music stayed till 11 pm

The room was very clean. Bed clean and comfortable. Lovely big shower, fluffy white towels. Young lady checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. Off site parking is an issue. Although the charge is reasonable £4.00 for 24 hrs and not too far away it is out of sight and not secure.

Very very nice place to stay only complaint was the heat ( I know British Summertime and all that 😂) but room was very very hot and struggled to sleep The bar and garden area are run independently and are outstanding

Housekeeping didn’t replenish my milk on the Saturday so went to the bar but they refused to give me any saying they aren’t anything to do with the hotel. Funny seeing as it’s called 20 Hotel & Bar, that there’s no reception & you pick your keys up from them. Then Sunday housekeeping didn’t turn up at all. Came back to my dirty towels still in the shower & my bed as I left it. No replenishment of tea, coffee or milk. Kept awake every night for about 2 hrs by very loud washing machines. Couldn’t get out the first morning because the door to the bar was locked & there weren’t any signed to me there was a separate exit at the other end of the property

Twenty is an inn located in the old town. Very quaint and historic. This must be taken into account when staying. The room was small, yet sufficient for a short stay. The shower is lovely but wardrobes not provided. The room was hot and stuffy and windows could not be opened so had to leave door ajar. Breakfast is not served and access to the public area isn’t possible in the early morning. There are good reasons for this: the public opening hours and the layout of the inn. This did not trouble us too much. Housekeeping could have been better, though.

Not happy.
The self check in was very confusing to start with. Then in the room, the floor has not been vaccumed and there was bits of dirt. I had asked for extra towels and the room service walked in on me whilst i was in bed. The fire alarm went off as someone in the building used the microwave. It was all very unprofessional.

Every thing was great. The shared bathroom which we did know about was the only down side. However it was a beautiful and clean bathroom. So may be it was just us being picky
