As a lifetime titanium elite member, the interactions my 10 guests had with the staff at this hotel were deeply unprofessional. Inclusive of the manager, they have little or no training in understanding loyal guests. I do not recommend patronizing this specific hotel until they have fixed the personnel issues.

I liked big the room was and how clean the property was. The service was excellent and breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast!

The manager was extremely rude , when i asked for my room to be changed because i saw a roach he did not want to accommodate my request and insisted that if i don’t like it i can leave. I will never book here again

I didn’t like that when I arrived I was charged to park my vehicle. It never specified parking was separate from my room reservation.

Worst sofa bed
Sofa bed was so uncomfortable , informed front desk but they said it’s the same . It was so thin bed that I got very bad back pain as. Very disappointed .also breakfast so bad no basic bread .

Nice quiet place to stay, close to downtown Boston. Only thing about the suites is people cook stinky food and the smell travels. But the stay itself was great.

Paying for parking is a BUMMER
We got there very late to check in. I knew I had to pay for parking but 50 Seems absurd. I know it’s in a city but as a repeat customer I think the fee should be wait! Everything else about the stay was perfect. Breakfast was very good too!

The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I'm not happy about is when we booked the hotel online, there was a promotion that said we'd get one free day of parking. However, when we got to the hotel, we were told there was no such promotion.

We could not sleep at night because people above our floor were running and jump around too much, making too loud noise...the walls are too thin, so we could hear everything what next door and above people were saying...it was very unpleasant experience

We had a great experience with this hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two kids and we had plenty of space. We hard a large bedroom and the kitchen came with a large fridge. We enjoyed free breakfast. The hotel also came with a pool and fitness room that we did not get the chance to take advantage of. The hotel was clean and service was good.
