If the front desk employee (Susan) who lowered her head instead of speaking when I walked into the Hotel lobby. And the Chinese lady who worked in the kitchen wasn’t rude because I asked her if she was going to bring out some more bacon since what was left was brunt and sitting in oil, I would have gave this review 5 stars across the board.

We paid for parking and there were not parking spots available, especially at evening time. There were beer and alcohol bottles everywhere in the lot and the elevator smells with marijuana fumes and terrible for family with kids. There were a cement truck parked in the parking lot over night that took 4 spots and a bunch of construction vehicles parked without parking permit. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed and not to mention fire alarm went off.

The property, staff, and room was wonderful! Even received a text asking how the room was a little after we arrived. My only complaint would be the lack of parking. Fills up quick and then you're racing with others to hopefully grab a spot on the street.

There was no light in whole hotel, no internet and phone didn’t work. Also was no parking. Hotel service told us to park on the street outside of hotel where was no safe and it was heavy rain.

Overall a good value and was helpful that breakfast was included. The only negatives were the bed was a bit lumpy and the room doors are very heavy so anytime anyone on the floor was coming in and out you could hear and feel a very loud slam

When we checked in the hotel at 11 PM, there were no parking for customers. We had to park on the street. I thought when we booked a hotel, a hotel supposed to provide us a parking lot. We came from out of state & we are not familiar from the area.

Nice hotel, but Per Cleaning Fee is excessive!
The location was very convenient, near the T and shops and Wollaston Beach nearby. Parking was convenient with even some covered spaces. Breakfast was very good and the two women working the breakfast were responsive to requests and very kind to our 5-year old grandson. We selected ‘pet friendly’ in our search filters as we had our 6-month old golden retriever puppy with us. We were SHOCKED to be charged $100 as a pet cleaning fee. We were told they have to do a ‘deep clean’ after a pet is in the room. I suspect this ‘deep clean’ simply involves washing all bedding and a twice-over with the vacuum and that the person doing the ‘deep clean’ receives no additional compensation. This seems to be an excessive fee! We felt we had no choice but to accept the fee as we had already traveled so far and had plans with family. Perhaps if Hotels.com had some type of ‘pop-up’ alert feature when people use a ‘pet friendly’ filter, we would have had the chance to consider another hotel.
