1 NIght in Cambridge
The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4).

The little hidden Gem of Cambridge.
The place was excellent in every category. One recommendation I would make is TV in each room because nowadays it difficult for different guests to watch the same programs. Overall l love the place and every time I visit Cambridge which is going to be several times, I will stay there. Excellent. Tab.

Limited Privacy
We were greeted by the owner/manager who was friendly, helpful and informative. The biggest downside to the Kitty house was 1) residential parking on the street with no sense of security other than the neighborhood appeared to be quiet and 2) the bathroom, kitchen and living room are in common with two other rooms. Fortunately the other tenants were quiet and friendly, but, if you value your privacy, this is not for you.

This is a nice, friendly place close to Fresh Pond and Mt Auburn Cemetery, about 35 minutes' walk from Harvard Square (or a short uber). The host was very gracious and the space was clean and comfortable.

The place was clean but the bed were completely uncomfortable and the rooms don’t have updated locks on them to protect your items so be aware.

The owner was so kind and helpful. I was expecting a TV in the room but there is only a TV in the share living room. The location is good: Nice neighborhood and close to a Start Market (Only 10 minute bus to Harvard Station).

Great stay overnight - needed something close to Harvard. Was able to park, very quite. Only note - may be time to change that bath towel, it's not that white anymore. :) Comfy bed, good stay. Thank you!

Kitty House is essentially an AirBnB rental in which a number of bedrooms in this house are rented out. The hostess is quite pleasant, the rooms sufficient, mostly shared bathrooms (I think) and on a quiet street. It definitely does not look out across a river, as the picture suggests. But the price is right.,

A good value for Cambridge travelers
The house shares common living quarters but did have a room you can lock from the inside, while you sleep. The owners were friendly and helped manage guest parking in the driveway (a convenience in Cambridge), and on street parking was also available. The house was immaculate and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close enough to the city that you won’t absolutely require a car, and public transportation is available. This was an excellent alternative to more expensive options in the area. The bed was quite comfortable and the shared areas were spacious.

This was a wonderful find! I often have to stay in Boston for family stuff and hotels can be $500+ a night. This was a tremendous value. Everything was exceptionally clean. The linens on the bed were soft and the bed was incredible to sleep on. They even gave you 2 bottles of water in your room which wasa nice touch. The dhared bathroom is literally right next to your room and only shared with one other room. It was never an issue with me and the bathroom was spotless. There is a large living and dinning area and a communal kitchen, with freeaccess to coffee and tea any time. A short walk nearby are several restuarants and coffe places. It was great and I will likely stay again.

Overall lovely place to stay
I enjoyed staying here a lot! It was a very nice place. It was hard to get a hold of them at first when we arrived, but after a few minutes it all worked out. Also, the other people who were staying there were a bit loud and cooked a lot, so I mostly stayed in my room.
