I loved the proximity of the quiet 'local' beach. The free transport to and from D'Mall was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was yummy and all the staff were extremely friendly :)

The staff is very welcoming. Very helpful with any questions you ask! I recommend if you get any pedicure/manicure, ask front staff first. They will come to you and get a great deal! I highly recommend to come to Microtel!

The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice. The pool is small and the ocean water is not maintained/ cleaned well from the seaweeds. The outside area has small houses and there’s a lot if stray dogs.

Really clean and quite. The restaurant serves great food. The staff was nice all the time I was there. The pool was clean. The ocean side yard was raked and clean. Hotel entrance had a lot of plants and kept really clean.

Nice Hotel and wonderful staff but most of the hotels in the area offers all you can eat breakfast. Microtel serve their breakfast with small portion, the mix fruits are dried, looks like leftover from the other day and the fruits is warm in short not worth it paying breakfast, very disappointing experience. everyday I’m going to different hotel to eat my meals where offers buffet and live band. Also, Microtel offer island hopping with seafood buffet but the buffet at the island is just rice mixed vegetables, noodle and serving only four shrimps per person, suppose to be seafood buffet but don’t know what happened to seafood buffet, they have bbq but not everyone can have it, the restaurant is not appealing, there’s dog walking while eating, too much flies the food are sucks, silverware not properly wash so slimy or oily, the restroom is very dirty, nasty and disgusting. everything you do in each island you have to pay I thought all entrance and activities are included to the trip fee but not it’s a ripoff tour. I was going to do the sunset tour the following day but I decided to stay at other location where I can listen to live music.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The drivers for the free shuttle to D-mall/Station 2 were so nice and always on time. The free breakfast was great and the dinner options were amazing! All of the servers at the restaurant were friendly, especially Apple. The location is more secluded which we really liked and there is direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay again! While wifi is free at the cafe, room wifi is pathetic. The cafe decor and appearance are shabby and sad and need a good update and sprucing up. A dog kept lingering around us at the table!

I love this best little secrete. The staff the place was great. The resturant had the best food i ever at at any Hotel i ever stayed at.

It's very quiet, just as we like it. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars for their service. The hotel was a bit farther than anticipated and not very accessible. because it's far, we have to take an e-trike to visit other restaurants apart from the resto at the hotel.

Everything was fine until the last night when the bathroom started to smell like urine. We have to get staff to fix the problem. I think it was a plumbing issue.

Our stay was really great. The hotel small but clean. The hotel front desk, kitchen stuff were super great. Krissha one of my favorite frobt desk receptionists and Joemar were both excellent in their job. The only problem hotel front not attractive to guest due squatters and the road needs repair. I booked for 4 guest with breafast fou d out Hotel.com o ly did 2 guest.

Boracay is one of my favorite place in the Philippines. One thing shocks me was there was a lot of run down buildings surrounding the area. Getting in the hotel is a little difficult because at the time I was there, the road going to the property was muddy. I love the greenery, however, hotel shows its age, hotel hallways was musty, and probably needs some cleaning, it smells like dried sweat. the room was clean and extremely cold! I got a jungle view in my balcony which gives a lot of charm to my stay. It did rain a lot. The food? Salty, the adobo was salty and too sour for my taste. My friend said the chicken curry was super spicy. The breakfast was ok. they have super delicious flambe ( ? ) in mangga flavor. The pool was great, i just wish they would get rid of the tour people and sellers by the pool..felt like i was being harrassed everyday! there was “ habagat” or high surfs when we were there, the wind were relentless. However it never stop us from enjoying our stay.

My stay at Microtel in Boracay was great! Staff was very courteous, friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room was clean, great location. Restaurant serves delicious meals with very nice and friendly staff. I stayed for 2 weeks. They were like family by the time I left.

I like the serene place, own beachfront and nice pool. The road going to the hotel is terrible. They have scheduled van service but most of the time you cant schedule coz theres only one for all guests. Travel timenis 40min to port and 30min to Dmall. Rough roads and its really far. An hour walk to dmall from hotel. The reception keeps on messing up with van schedules. Security are not friendly. Almost always coffee is empty. Theres a lot of restrictions but no sign at all. You cant play music by the pool even if its toned down. You cant eat at the hall sala set near coffee machine. Etc.
