Nice breakfast. Conveniently located.
The "available" parking is at a nearby parking garage and is paid for separately. There is no reception service after 1500 on weekends. The hotel is conveniently located, and breakfast is delicious.

Leider habe wir so wenig Personal zur Zeit für 7 TAGE Woche das wir leider nur 1.Schicht besetzen, dafür kontaktieren wir jeden Gast um zu erfahren, wann Sie anreisen. Wenn wir wieder mehr Personal haben, machen wir eine 2. Schicht bis 21 Uhr. Leider ist der Personal-Mangel in allen Betrieben so, dafür haben wir eine Schlüsselbox MFG C. Fassbender HBC

Decent location at the edge of the old city. Small hotel with decent amenities. Room was decent and comfortable. The staff were trying to be helpful but mostly forgot our requests (despite asking for them) and did not clean the room. Interactions were not the most pleasant.

Excellent Stay
Clean, well located for what we needed and really friendly helpful staff. The Breakfast was excellent and catered for all our party (vegetarian) which had been a struggle elsewhere. Close to the Hofgarten and the market square, also good value compared to the surrounding hotels.

Excellent choice
The hotel was very clean. The staff and owner were very nice. The breakfast is good and le location is excellent because it is in the downtown. I will book again here when I will come back to Bonn.

The room was too small for a suite, although the bad was very comfortable and the bathroom was specious and clean. The hotel management was nice and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Overall good value for money👍

Great hotel for quality, price and location!
Great hotel for quality, price and location! Modern interior, in very good condition and quality rooms. WiFi was good also. Breakfast was a little dissapointing but still it's good value when considering the price. The buffet is mostly continential breakfast and eggs can be ordered also, but the selection is not so great - this is probably the only small complaint. I normally stay only in 4* hotels but I would stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern but being right on the corner by a busy street we found it loud at night. This hotel did a great job of applying covid-19 measures. I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel and staff. The room was clean. The staff was super accommodating for check-in and checkout times. Loved that breakfast was included. Didn't love the loud people outside our window each night or that the room was hot without air conditioning.

Good place to stay
It is located just a 2-minute walk from the tram station, the city centre market place and the river front. It is housed in two buildings just across a small alley opposite each other, but both facing the main road. The breakfast spread is quite reasonable, and even vegetarians can manage well. The single rooms are small, but good enough if one is on a budget. It has wifi in all areas.

Basic but affordable and clean.
This Hotel is located minutes from the City Centre and Public Transport in a quiet side street. The Hotel is in two parts. The reception and dinning room are located in the new part. Our room was in the what I presume was the original Hotel across the narrow street. The room was very basic but immaculately clean. There was tourist information in the room which was helpful. The room rate included an excellent breakfast in their nicely appointed new dinning room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free Wifi worked OK, but you had to go through the sign in process every time you returned to the Hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very well located. It has been modernised and the rooms were very comfortable. Reception staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Een prima verblijf gehad.
De kamer was schoon en alles was prima in orde. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, goed en lekker. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel is heel centraal. Je loopt zo het centrum in. De haltes van tram, metro en buslijnen liggen om de hoek en van daaruit kun alle kanten op kunt. Het is een fijn en goed hotel als je Bonn en omgeving wilt verkennen.

Goed hotel zonder pretenties midden in het centrum
Ligging in het centrum met heel veel op loopafstand is voortreffelijk. Vriendelijk personeel, goede matrassen, koelkast (we waren in een suite met zijn tweeën). Die wordt ook voor vier personen verhuurd en dan is het erg krap. Geen twee stoelen, maar slechts één. Daarnaast twee zitplaatsen op soort krukjes. Je moet apart vragen om nieuwe koffiecups, als je er gebruikt hebt. Lastig, dat de receptie na 15.00 uur gesloten is. Ontbijt is heel goed, maar wel net iets minder uitgebreid dan de foto's op de website aangeven. Inrichting van het hotel is sober.

Sehr geehrter Herr Tom, Danke für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung, die Rezpetion ist von 7-15 Uhr besetzt, Sie werden jeden Tag nach Reinigung gefragt und hätten nach neuen Tassen + Kapseln fragen können, wir haben Sie mehrmals bei Frühstück nach Ihren Wünschen gefragt. Wir haben sogar noch viel mehr Auswahl als auf den Foto, Vegane Frühstücksecke, Honig Ecke und mehr Brotauswahl aus Früher, weil wir uns auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingestellt haben. Was meinen Sie mich schlichter Einrichtung ? MFG Carina Fassbender HBC

schöner 2tägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Bonn City
im Hotel Bonn City haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. freundliche Geschäftsführerin an Rezeption und freundliche Angestellte; schönes , sauberes Zimmer mit allem drin was man braucht (gute Betten, Safe, kleiner Kühlschrank, sehr schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Fön, pp ; Safe Ein kleines Minus war die Wärme nachts im Zimmer , da der Standort der Klimaanlage unterhalb des Fensters nicht optimal war, da diese nachts durch Vorhang verdeckt wurde wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder

Wir haben die Klimaanlage in der Corona Zeit nachgerüstet und brauchten eine Außenmauer für die Geräte. Die Fernbedinung sowie genaue Beschreibung liegen auf dem Schreibtisch. Sie haben Recht, die Klimaanlage ist hinter den Vorhänge bei Fenstern, also Außenmauer. Schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns so gut gefallen hat, vielen Dank MFG C. Fassbender HBC
