We had an amazing time at the Pousada Arte da Natureza. The staff is really friendly, and all amenities are super clean. There is a travel agency inside the hotel where you can book all tours - it's very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Very beautiful hotel, very polite and attentive staff, the only problem with the hotel is the lack of maintenance in some small problems in the rooms and the lack of care with the pool which, by the way, the hotel has beautiful pools but not very attractive to want to come in and swim, the water is always kind of cloudy.

Estrutura top na cidade, com destaque para as piscinas e os quartos com piscina na varanda. Peça apenas no fraco café da manhã, no tamanho muito pequeno dos quartos quádruplos & na ausência quase total de espreguiçadeiras com sombra em todas as áreas de piscina.

This is a great place for a 3 star hotel. It's clean, comfortable, with great service, staff, fantastic breakfasts and awesome pools. The only thing it needs is free drinking water fountains. You have to pay for all your water!!

What incredible pools and a kiddie area including a trampoline. The breakfast was delicious and the pool for adults was a lot of fun.

The property was ok . Good for 3 star stay. Good breakfast . The rooms were hot , even though there was air conditioning. If you have a stay to do things outside the room , tours, etc... it’s a good room to sleep. Good staff , good and generous amount of food by the pool. Prices of bottled water were good too , considering that you have to drink lots of it due to the heat .

Bonito is bonito!
Nice hotel with great service. Bonito is a very nice country town with amazing sightseeing tours. Just beware if you intend on driving there because the roads full of trucks and impatient people trying to overtake them. I have witnessed some of the worst driving I have ever seen in my life. I will fly next time for sure.

Great hotel for young families.
It's a great little hotel. All the rooms have a pool view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with double french doors that open out to the main courtyard. All the rooms have a balcony and hammock out front - it was the perfect place to hang out after the kids went to sleep. The hotel is only a couple blocks from the main street through town where all the restaurants and boutique shops are located. The staff were very accommodating to our two little kids (3 years and 8 months old). The pools is gated so we didn't have to worry about our 3 year old accidentally falling in. The breakfast was elaborate and had a good mixture of pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, etc.

Best place to stay in Bonito
Staff are wonderful, super friendly and very helpful. The property is new and everything is in excellent condition and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, and made even more special with every room having its own personal hammock.Great AC for those warm evening and a lovely breakfast spread. Location is also very close to the center of town but far enough from the Main Street not to be disturbed by the traffic. In addition they also have a very helpful travel agency on-site that can assist you with all your tour needs. This is a place I would defiantly recommend for those looking to have a relaxing time in Bonito.

Hotel was clean and close to Downtown, although you have to walk a few blocks through what feels like a not very safe area, I've been assured Bonito is very safe. The beds are tiny (short) and hard. Be advised: Hotel Reception does not speak English. Make sure you have some Portuguese or are very quick with google translate.

Pagamos uma diária caríssima e ficamos muito decepcionados. Estrutura do hotel é até boa. Piscinas e salão de jogos. No entanto, serviço de bar na piscina é ruim. Desorganizado e comida cara e fraca. O quarto é a pior parte. É pequeno, apertado, cobertas e travesseiros ruins. Não tem nenhum copo p beber água. Banheiro bem simples, bancada pequena, suporte de toalhas enferrujado. Resumindo, relação custo benefício horrível.

Fiquei decepcionado com o hotel , pelo preço esperava muito mais , quarto muito pequeno, o cheiro dos ralos é insuportável, tem que mandar fechado o tempo todo , só pode abrir para tomar banho , água da piscina que ficava na frente do meu quarto está turva os dois dias , pedi um omelete no café e demorou mais de uma hora para ficar pronto, apesar do hotel não está cheia não recebi up grade de quarto o que seria o certo já que no meu não cabiam 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal , resumindo não volto mais , péssimo custo benefício para uma família como a minha .

Os quartos são bem simples pelo valor que se paga. Tive um problema na reserva, paguei um quarto na hotéis.com intermediário e chegando lá me deram um quarto mais simples. E nem o hotel e nem a hotéis resolveram, isso me chateou e custou no meu bolso. Não houve se quer uma opção de UPGRADE. A estrutura e comida são boas. Mas o valor muito caro pelo o que oferece em parte de comodidade e conforto dos quartos

A nossa hospedagem correu muito bem. Durante e após nossa hospedagem comentamos muito sobre a estrutura do hotel, mas o que mais nos encantou foi a qualidade do atendimento prestado pelo time. Logo no primeiro dia houve uma situação de proatividade de um rapaz que apoia o café da manhã do hotel e, na sequência, observamos que não era um caso isolado, mas sim, um padrão elevado de atendimento. PARABÉNS!!!

Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, da das Zimmer für 3 Personen sehr eng ist. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück top. Alle sehr freundlich. Besonders Reinaldo an der REzeption hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum.
