"This was an outstanding five star hotel, but the one thing that irked me was that every time I asked for water I was looked at as if it were an odd request. We stayed for a few nights and every morning, one 75 cL bottle of water was in the room. For two people, that is 1/6th of the amount of water a standard person should drink in a day, someone like an athlete probably more. "Superbly clean, friendly staff, stunning infinity pool, so QUIET! It was so peaceful. Bring your own groceries for snacks, as there are few eating options nearby particularly in low season. We had to check out at 9:45 am which was unfortunate, but again it’s low season so staff is limited. Overall we had a fantastic time."

"Cavallo is an idyllic and beautiful island. Unfortunately the hotel is no longer run in a first class way and I could not in good conscience recommend staying here (especially at these prices). For example, there is a ferry that takes you to the island. We called the hotel bc we were 3 mins late (after a 17 hour flight from California that wasn't so bad). "The property is renovated and in good condition. The service excellent for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is good with many options. My only issue was the fire alarm went off during one night, we went to an evacuation point but there was no staff to inform us on what to do. Very Good All-round with Onsite Parking
"This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful roof top pool and a small gym. We have stayed her twice. Both rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are nespresso- like coffee machines We also ate at the restaurant: the food and service were both very good. We have noticed that some hotels say they have onsite parking when they do not. But here there really is complementary onsite parking! "
