Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nygatan can be noisy at night, so rooms on the other side are quieter.

I´d say you get what you pay for. Fairly cheap and worth the price but not more. Parking right next to the hotel, decent breakfast, decent room.

Clean, large and comfortable for a family of 5.The boys enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolade. Great location. Breakfast can definitely improve

The rooms need to be updated, feels like they are from the 1980ies. Otherwise a good medium hotel.

"Grand Hotel" / Hostel+
Not really a "Grand Hotel" type of hotel. More like hostel+ feeling. Check in was smooth with late arrival and free coffee in the hall way.

Simple clean pleasant hotel
This is a nice clean simple hotel with comfy beds, decent shower, free wifi and a buffet breakfast. It's located next to O'Leary's Bar on the main square which is being upgraded. Free parking, close to shops and cafes, it's a good choice. Don't expect frills but the staff are nice and the place is clean and well run.

There was nothing special about this hotel, but it was warm and clean. The hallways smelled like they had used a ton of air freshener to mask something, but it was fine. The biggest drawback is probably the fact that the front desk is open only until 7 or 8PM. You are on your own after that, and better not arrive late.

Excellent service, good location for train, bus and what little Bollnäs has of restaurants and stores. The hotel itself is a little bit worn, But a good place to stay.

No frills hotel for an overnight stop with excellent service at a fantastic price. Excellent value for money.

Very clean, nice linens, terrific staff
Well located for visiting the Swedish countryside farm houses. Not much life in the town during the days we were there. Restaurant choices are limited; Cielo, which is just across the street has very tasty, fresh food that is a combination of Spanish Tapas, Mediterranean Meza and Italian.

Ok för att endast vara på rummet och sova en natt. Gammalt och slitet. Plus för att personalen kunde fixa en liten frukostpåse, då vi behövde checka ut innan frukosten öppnade. Priset borde vara lägre utifrån skick och faciliteter.

Välj annat hotell.
Sunkigt och slitet hotell. TV:n fungerade inte. Frukosten var inte bra. Det luktade stekos i hela trapphuset och korridoren. Receptionen var samtidigt bar och kök och inte så trevligt att trängas med fyllon vid en bardisk när man ska checka in.
